  3. On a Polycom device, in addition to transferring a call to someone else's voicemail using "0"+"extension number", we would like to be able to press "0"+their softkey extension.

  4. This is mostly a privacy concern, but also is very confusing for new users. When a new user is "selecting" their emergency address, this field should either show only the main company address, maybe also show any additional addresses from multi-site mode. If this isn't possible then it should just not auto-populate at all. Having it list all user addresses that have ever been entered is not acceptable. Granted, this list does not show which address belongs to whom, but seeing thousands of addresses that belong to current and past employees in a list like this should not be a…

  5. Hi right now the phone calls are set to go to my assistant Melissa 5 days a week. But on her days off, they go to my other assistant Tania. This is set up through a custom routing schedule. WE NEED THE SAME CAPABILITY FOR TEXT MESSAGES TO BE AUTOMATICALLY DIRECTED TO THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO ANSWERING THE PHONE. I am a realtor and most of our business is done through text. Thanks

  6. Just like the RingCentral softphone, the RC App needs a way to ALWAYS bring the RC App to the front/foreground when an incoming call arrives. This is critical especially for IVR Agents that need to take the call. Today, one has to click on the taskbar notification, then the RC App appears. Only then can the agent accept of reject the call.

We have set up currently a call Queue for our Consumer Lines so that we can see in our reporting if a customer presses 1 for website or orders, press 2 for product questions, etc we can see how many customers have issues in these categories and how often. We do not want VM for these call Queue's, we are trying to get our customers to email instead and my recording even states to send email.

  10. When I use Ringcentral to edit notes or view notes, I can't use other functions of Ringcentral at the same time. Because opening the note takes up the entire Ringcentral. If there is a message, I have to turn off the note before I can read it. I hope to use Ringcentral and note at the same time.

  16. With the current RC App Version: 20.3.30.250 Web, 20.3.30.2377 Windows, the user has to click on the event itself to view the event details. This behavior applies to events which run over multiple days.Expected Behavior:User should be able to details (end date of the events) without having to click on the event itself.Reason:Save extra clicks.

  20. We have cases from Customer's who do not like the fact that when callers reach a UC IVR menu they can dial extension numbers as well as the configured "Key presses" within the IVR. The Customers believe that they should be able to turn off this extension dialing so that only the configured key presses work and route calls.
