  2. Retail/Hospitality customers need the ability to remove message completely for small number of users but have enabled for the greater account. Currently there is not a way to support this as the custom role will remove messaging completely at the account level. This prohibits adoption for the greater team and pushes customers to use alternate messaging products. This applies to both Mobile App (some use IPADs) as well as the Desktop App.

  3. It would be nice to be able to modify the Outbound CallerID Number and Text being shown. We currently have two sites under our MulitSite RingCentral Account to do this.

When someone is dial to the site main number after business hours then the super admin or assigned extension user is receiving this call directly but the extension user is not able to identify the caller from which site number he is receiving this call when you have multiple sites created in RingCentral.

  11. Administrators would like to turn off glip access for an RC user, which is currently not possible. If we turn off Glip access in the GAP tool, the system will synchronize and reactivate the Glip acces

  12. With the classic, we were able to color coordinate our "Favorite Teams". It made it super easy to find things. Now I have to actually read through things. Please bring color dots back. Thanks.

  13. I'd like to be able to read text messages but still be able to mark them unread if for example I read a text but I am not able to reply until later that day. Marking it unread would make it bold again so that I know to see it again and it won't get lost among the read ones. I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

  14. Your site boasts accessibility on the app, but what about desk phone? There needs to be enhanced mobility features for the desk top phones from potential screen reader when you press a button (ie press Transfer- it says "transfer") to eliminating the time out on transfer or phone navigation as it is difficult/slow for people with mobility or vision issues to navigate quickly without losing calls.

  15. I would like to provide managers with the ability to download calls from their direct reports. We use calls to train new hires and existing hires because their talk tracks can determine a high quality vs. terrible experience for our customers. Right now, they have to request the calls from a central administrator, which requires time and resources that can otherwise be eliminated. Managers could also manage in real time without having to send a request for the call and then having to wait for the admin to get to the request and send it.

  17. Ability to remove number from an existing group SMS. Currently, it is not possible to edit the number on the existing group SMS. It would be easy if it will have that option instead of creating a new one. Hope you can consider.

  18. In a call center environment managers are made to be on the floor than behind their desks. If an individual is having a hard time on the phone, it would be ideal to help right then and there rather than running back to the desktop to barge in on a call. Cell phones are more mobile and can be carried anywhere.

We currently have a large pool of our users using the RC Phone app, the main reason for this is the fact that it is small and can sit in the corner of their Screen and doesn't require much desktop real estate. As we have been trying to migrate our users over to the RC app, this has been a huge roadblock. If there was a way to Pop-out or the dialer into a new window that can be moved outside of the RC app window this would allow for the same functionality as was available with the Phone App.…

  20. We have Field Reps that our RingCentral users call on a daily basis. I have been asked multiple times if I can create contacts for the field reps and their mobile numbers for all users so everyone did not have to create them. We have more than 50 contacts. This would be a nice feature for only the Admin to delete/edit/manage/add the "global contact".
