Force Audio Announcement to Join Conference
Currently, the "announcement before joining" feature of Ring Central Conference is broken in the sense that there does not have to be any actual audio recorded for it to still then connect the participant to the Conference. This is a HIPAA concern, especially since my organization is in the healthcare sector and we use Ring Central Conferencing daily.

add fax confirmation on actual ring central fax cover letter instead of email,
So our company has to download the email confirmation from that email, then attach it to the actual fax from ring central and it's just plain extra work. The fax and rest of the pages in the actual fax are on top of every page sent except a sent action or success notation. Life would be better as we know it if this can be implemented through the actual ring central and fax sent through ring central. Hear my pleaThank You,Marisela Garcia RMA/LMRT

Bring back the Silence Incoming Calls Toggle on the Mobile app for ALL users.
Up until recent updates the mobile application had a setting toggle for 'Silence Incoming Calls.' By default when first signing into the application for all users it was turned on, but could be toggled off so you would have all calls ring on the device. However, after recent updates the extensions role must have permissions (User Settings > Messages & Notifications OR Call Handling/Forwarding) allowed in order for this setting to appear. Make company extensions available for the Custom Rules caller ID settings.
At the moment I have my phone set to show the main company line when I call out, and my internal extension when I call someone in the company. Everyone in the company is set up this way. The problem is that I would like to make custom rules for the company numbers, but the custom rules doesn't allow for the entry of extensions. It seems that it only connects with my personal contacts and not with the company contacts. This is pretty annoying, and means that I either need to let my direct dial number show to the public…

Allow up to 100,000 DLs per UID

Transcribe Calls - On Demand
Transcribing voicemails into texts is awesome. It would be easy to also be able to transcribe calls - possibly having the option to at least do so on demand, if not just automatically for every recorded call. It would be very easy to pin down a certain section of the call if needed.

Queue Managers with Member Management Access shouldn't have automatic Call Recording Access
Even though I have setup a custom user "Role" in RingCentral to block access to Call Recordings, if I give a user access to "Member Management" on a Call Queue, it gives them access to Call Recordings for all calls to the Queue. Access to call recordings should be dictated by the user Role and not by the Queue access. We need the user to have access to control Queue members, but not to any Call Recordings.

Synchronize iCloud contact to Service Web
Our customer would like to synchronize his iCloud contacts to the RingCentral desktop app. A work around was provided to download customer VCF then convert to a CSV file then upload it to the service web.

Outlook Contact Sync with Subfolders
Currently, when syncing the RingCentral App with Office365 Contacts, the only contacts that are pulled are from the primary contacts folder, not the subfolders that a user may have created.It would be useful to eitherProvide for the ability to choose subfolders to sync with from the RingCentral AppJust recursively look in the subfolders and sync everything within RingCentral.

Recent Reactions in the quick menu (or customized reactions quick menu)
Instead of showing the same reactions in the reactions quick menu every, show the most recently used reactions. Either that, or make the quick menu customizable.

Bulk user download with meeting provider included.
It would be beneficial to have a bulk user download feature that has all information downloaded like: Meeting Provider Information, and other information included in the User Details.

2FA settings per-user instead of per account
Had some major issues with users traveling to different locations using 2FA - support was unable to resolve other than by turning off 2FA for the whole account. Would it be possible to have the 2FA settings be applicable per user / line?Thanks!

Allow call queue group members to be able to see popup on screen when second call comes in
Our receptionist is missing calls/incoming notifications when she is on the phone. Instead of getting all calls, some calls will bypass her and route to Sales. Call to our main number is routing to our reception group, which currently has only one member, so it then route to the exact extension of our receptionist. If our receptionist is on the phone, the call will ring 30 sec before it route to the next group - Sales.
