The Ability to Use the Prompts Library on Extensions (not just IVRs)
If you would like to use a pre-recorded prompt from your Prompts Library on an extension's greeting, currently you have to download it from the Prompts Library and re-upload it to the extension. There should be an option to use the Prompts Library on an extension's greeting.

Allow callers on hold to disable or change the hold music
One of my clients uses ringcentral. I dread being the first caller to one of their conference calls, because the default hold music is repetitive and (totally my opinion) awful.I may be the only person in the world that doesn't like it, but in the off chance that other people groan and roll their eyes every time it starts playing... I'd love this service so much if there was the option to press a button while holding, and have the music just turn off. Increase fax quality/resolution
The quality of certain faxes rendered in the RC system is suboptimal- in particular, high resolution scanned documents scanned in color, to the extent that portions of inbound faxes of this type have sections of text rendered nearly illegible, illegible, and/or not recognizable by modern OCR systems. It's a functional issue. The backdrop is suboptimal rendering of even native black text files- all text and elements look as though they were rendered on a dot matrix system from the mid 90s.

Allow for both selected and fillable fields for status to be visable in the Bridge OC
Currently there is a field in Ring Central that allows for users to set their status to in a meeting or Out of office, as well as a fillable field where you can write notes alerting internal users of important details. These fields are unavailable to feed into the Bridge OC which does not allow for Reception team to easily identify where internal staff is without using a secondary tool and prolonging call hold or handle times.

Desk phone to ring first before app
Currently, the app rings at the same time as the desk phone. You set the desk phone to sequentially ring after the app but not before. I prefer the desk phone to ring first for a couple of rings, then the app on my cell phone would be called.

Task functionality
RC - formerly Glip - has a task functionalityin the version 20.3.20 users were able to see their messages specific to that task in a right-hand side window in the RC app.users in 20.4.xx no longer can. the messages are just in the main window with all the other messages for that team.is there no way for users in the 'newer' version to see the messages for a specific task in a separate side window or view?

User group access call log of the same user group
☐I have sales department that for training purposes would like to access call log for their own department. I don't want them to be in manager/admin group because they should not see call log of management or CEO.

Kanban for tasks
Kanban (To-Do, Doing, Done or more) view option for tasks, making it easier to follow and manage. Quite like Trello but all in one app. That would be awsome!

Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

Prevent/Disable second call going through to extension
We would like the ability to disable a second call going through to an extension if they are already on a call.Users find it frustrating having a second line ringing while they are already on the phone to a client.If we could prevent the transferred call even going to the extension it would prevent this

Ability to forward texts to multiple extensions/numbers
With COVID and curbside checkins, it would be great if when customers arrive, they could send a text to our main number letting us know they are here and we could have that forward to multiple ringcentral extensions/numbers and receive the text on multiple computers via the RingCentral Phone app.

Mobile Directory Filter
On RingCentral mobile, the contact/directory feature does not have the same abilities as on desktop. For example: On the desktop RC Phone app, I can filter by site so I can see all users in a particular site. Another example is searching on title. "Branch Manager". The mobile app does not see this information.

Block Annoying Callers from Companies by Name
The ability to block annoying calls from companies by name. For instance, a company with phone numbers all over the state or USA that can bypass you blocking their phone number because they have so many locations and/or phone numbers to call from. Yet, because they are a business, the company name shows up on each call despite whatever number they call you from. Instead of trifling with blocking the number, simply block the company name.

Adding Contacts Specific to Each Company Phone Number
The ability to add contacts per phone number within RingCentral. For example, your corporation has subsidiaries that perform separate and distinct functions, and each company has a separate phone number and associated contacts/clients, and all numbers are managed under the one RingCentral account.The ability to add callers to specific phonebooks for specific phone numbers being managed by RingCentral.

Answer incoming calls from Jabra Headset
I'd like the ability to answer and end calls with the Jabra Evolve 75 headsets. As it is currently, you can only answer or end calls from the desktop application.

Option to Disable Group SMS please
Customer would like to block the ability to send SMS messages to more than one recipient. They would like the ability to block both "Group" texts but also sending a single message to more than one separate recipient.
