  1. Currently there is no way to view any Integrations or addons in the Admin Panel. We'd love to be able to see if any folks have enabled anything on our account, this seems like a nice security feature.

  2. When assigning a task to a group, it is not user-friendly for the assignees to mark the task as complete. There are many steps to checking off the task, and it seems like you're doing it the wrong way when really it's the right way. Additionally, one assignee is able to mark a task as complete on behalf of another assignee, which usually happens by accident. When an assignee opens a task that has been assigned to a group of people, they should be able to easily mark it as complete or incomplete for themselves only. The way it is…

  4. A notification is sent to an end-user that has toggled this feature on from the HUD within both the RingCentral App and RingCentral Phone App (Mostly Used), the Notification is sent to an End-user when another user is available for a call or transfer.

Currently, the Jump To Latest pop-up button appears if you scroll back numerous messages - when the scroll bar is about halfway up the page, from what I can tell.Instead it should appear as soon as there is just ONE message hidden below the fold. That way if new messages come in and the scroll bar is only slightly scrolled up, the user can easily tell that there are new messages.I've been missing new messages in teams I'm looking at in New RC because of this.   7. Contact presence should show words like available, unavailable, in a meeting, etc beyond just the colored dot. Currently, when dialing a phone you have to click on the contact name to see the presence status. Also, a gray dot may not be readily understood.

There is a different experience in contact presence in each app. The mobile app shows a colored symbol when you search for and select a user or a persistent status shows if you have a conversation started or when you add to quick contacts. It would be useful if company contact list showed all contact presence. The office 365 Chrome extension is a good example of what the presence list should look like in all apps.

  9. When receiving a call via the mobile app a user only has the option of choosing decline or accept. Mobile phone users are used to having the option to send a SMS when you can't answer a call. Having the same function in RingCentral mobile would be great!

  10. WhatsApp has this iOS feature. If you search for a contact using spotlight search, the WhatsApp shows and has a one touch option for going into the app to communicate with that user. It would be nice to have the same RingCentral feature.

  11. The desktop app lets you dial by name, however the mobile app only has a link to the contacts section. Please add the same ability that exists in the desktop app.

  13. When a 911 call is placed, all 911 alert recipients should be part of a queue to be able to pick up and listen to the call in real time. This will allow internal emergency teams to be fully aware of all aspects of the emergency, without wasting precious time by calling each other multiple times to coordinate.   14. The availability of Voicemail to Text Option even if HIPAA is activated on the account. This would really help us a lot. It would benefit us not having to listen to every voicemail message we receive if it is being transcribed to us.

  15. To personalize each employee's experience, if numbers could be added to Presence/preset numbers on their desktop phones, it would streamline the process of dialing the same numbers every day - even if the admin hasn't added them as a company contact.

  16. Many organizations that send outbound faxes email using @rcfax.com to send those faxes. If an email signature has a logo, they are being interpreted as attachments. The ask is for an automated way of preventing those from being consumed by RingCentral as attachments.

Its super hard to schedule something with a customer on the phone and we have to literally press on everyday + however more things are on that day, the old ring central showed the whole calendar by month and day and each block it showed what was scheduled for the entire day with every appt listed to see at all times without having to go back and clicking on every day. it made it quick and easy to schedule when you were not looking through each day to find a opening.
