  1. We need more filters! Currently I can only filter by contact. I should be able to filter by inbound calls, outbound calls, by date, length of call, company contacts, and guest contacts

  2. ...obile app. This is how it is in the old app RC Phone, previous functionality must be restored. Virtual extensions and phones in common areas have no need to be activated from a user point of view.

  3. On the RC Phone app, you can type in a user's name or extension number on the dialpad and you can then immediately see their status (Busy, Available, On Call etc). Their status would also appear when you can to transfer calls.For some reason this isn't available on the RingCentral app. Can it be added please?

At work probably 1 in 20 calls on my phone is actually for me.I'm in a call group called Support and I only answer those if they ring for 1 minute or more (as that amount of time means the support team are busy).As the majority of calls that ring on my phone are for support, when I'm engrossed in work and the phone rings, I don't even look at the phone screen unless it's rung for a minute or more, but by doing that, I miss internal/direct dial calls to my phone where people hang up after 10-15 seconds.It…

  5. As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.

  10. The new RC is just a vast, white landscape of text. Not having any color blocks to help the eye find things is a bad move. Also, moving the bottom manu to the left side was a mistake - now the app needs more real estate on the screen, which is not desirable - it's hard to have the app up and also have adequate workspace on the screen.

  13. Hi! Can we do a hand off option when transferring the call? There is a merge option but when a person who initiated it ended the call, the phone call ends altogether. Can we do it so that 3 phone calls is together on 1 line for a proper hand off and once the person who transferred the line can end his line alone and not disconnected other persons? This will be very helpful so the customer knows that we indeed connected him/her/them to other line and thus creating a more interactive and professional vibe.

  16. Currently functionality is limited to either receiving faxes via email notification attachment OR have them print physically by using a custom rule workaround to apply unconditional forwarding. We would like to have our business critical faxes in both physical printed form and digital dissemination at the time they are received.

  17. Add a button while you are calling someone to the options like "Hold, Mute, etc" in order to be able to multitask faster. Before it was easy to send but the new update it's hard to be able to send them at the same time due to having to copy the number over again to send a text.
