  1. We would like to have an option to prevent phones/numbers in our company from calling non toll-free numbers because none of our employees have a need to call non toll-free numbers and not even having the option to call non toll-free numbers would be a good way to prevent PBX hacks

  2. Our agents are on queue calls, but they get spam calls directly to their direct phone numbers. This confuses them, as they think that they're missing calls. It's also distracting for them. There should be a way to not get notified of incoming calls when you're already on a queue call. Thank you!

  3. It would be useful to be able to set a template that set Caller ID according to the role of the user in our company. For example, if certain roles at a company need to appear as blocked when they are calling out and have a caller id appear as the company number for a different role. This makes it easier

  6. We used to have a phone in city hall that you could pick up and it would automatically call the mayor's office. This allowed them to get information. I was told this can not be done in RingCentral currently

  9. We have agents that are in multiple call queues. While on a call in call queue A the agent is still being alerted to new calls distributed by call queue B or call queue C. It would be a good idea to make all call queues aware of an agents status in other call queues. Saving time and not subjecting customers to longer wait times.

With the Outlook app now being the only way to schedule meetings from Outlook, calls now ring to the Outlook app. There is an option to turn off the desktop app, but the outlook app and mobile app are bundled. If we disable Outlook ringing when the desk phone is called, we also lose the mobile app ringing. None of our users want the Outlook app for anything other than scheduling meetings.

  13. The pin and password should not be tied together where the admin can't change the user's pin without also resetting their password. An admin should be able to change the pin as a separate action.

  15. The RC Phone app allowed the plantonics on headset controls to work properly. For example, when I pressed the button on the headset to answer or hang up the call the RC Phone app responded. The RC App (new unified app) does not respond to these buttons making it more difficult to operated with the app.

It seems you used to have this feature in the phone only app: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/RingCentral-Phone-Desktop-Reduce-Mute-Other-Sounds-Windows-During-Call.htmlThis needs to be added to the new 3 in 1 app as well. It's a pain to mute music or other sounds when a call comes in. Thanks.

  20. Being able to accept calls and end calls via the call control function (button on headset) does not work on EPOS Sennheiser models (specically D10 headset). Is it possible to include more headset models (other than Jabra and Plantronics) that can be used with the desktop app. Need to have more compatible models - Specifically Sennheiser.
