Send an alert when x numbers of calls are in the queue
We'd like to know when we have high volumes of calls waiting to be answered. This will allow us to put more staff into the group to pickup calls. This would be better than getting voicemails after they have waited 15 minutes

Presence feature is only for RingCentral numbers. Hoping to add external numbers to show on phone's screen for Presence. Or if possible, speed dial numbers can be added to show in phone's screen.

RC App for mobile - Call logs
Hi Team,
Sending feedback in behalf of from one of our partners/resellers. The current issue is that a call queue member can receive calls from a contact that they have stored on their mobile devices, and not know if the call was to their own DID/EXT or to the queue. As the missed calls from a queue show in the user’s call log, and the contacts stored translate the call log entries (stripping the queue name from the entry) a user does not know if the call was to themselves or the queue.

Call Handling- forward calls to another Ext and ring to a mobile/desktop app for another user
In Call handling, you should be able to forward your phone to another users ext, and have it ring to that persons mobile/desktop app. Currently it only rings to a physical phone.

Voicemail and Voicemail Redirect Reports in Analytics
In the Live Reports, there should be a report for # of voicemail. In the Performance Reports, there should be a KPI for VM Redirects. That way, the redirects VMs can be compared side-by-side with the actual voicemails so users and admins can easily find out how many people are hanging up instead of leaving a voicemail.

Phone like experience for RingCentral App Text Messaging
The old windows RingCentral App that is about to be retired has a very pleasing Smart Phone like text messaging that the new RingCentral App does not offer. Please allow for the New RingCentral App to be configured by the user so the user only sees what they want to see. I for one only want to see the customers message on the left of a screen with a unique background color and my texts on the right of the screen in a different background color. Use same text to speech technology for custom voicemail greetings etc.
I have found that the IVR text to speech is useful and effective. It would be helpful if we could use this same text to speech function for other messages in RingCentral. Login to voicemail only extension from RingCentral app
Need to be able to access our pool-voicemail extension from the RingCentral app. We use a messages-only line for our queue voicemail, which the team access together. We need to be able to access this voicemail line from the RingCentral app.

RE: "Edit Task" Window - Create a way to expand the "description" field
On RC Classic: When you open a task to edit it, you are able to click and hold a corner button that allows expansion of the field. This feature does not exist in the new app. Why it's useful: When you have a lot more information to add to a task than just a few sentences, it becomes tedious to have to scroll through the tiny window to see what I've been typing.

Assign Custom Coversheet to Sites
Our company has multiple brands and it would be nice if we as admins could assign a custom coversheet to an entire site, either by template or in site settings. It would be even better if we could customize the Fax Number that appears on those coversheets. It is very cumbersome to end users to have to apply these themselves and there is no good way to apply one when faxing via email. In healthcare a coversheet is basically mandatory, we can't use the product without this feature even if we would like to.

Click to Dial to send to desktop phone or cell Phone app
We spend all day in a meeting together since we can't go into the office. We have a lot of daily communication we have to do. However, the click to dial feature would save us a ton of time because we place a minimum of 50 calls a day. So it would great to 1. click to dial 2. pop up box come up to ask whether we want to do the call via cellphone app or desktop app

Add a radio button on app icon
Sometimes when I step away from my desk, I miss the tone notification that I received a new message. I won't know I missed it unless I open the app. How about a radio button on the icon on my dock to alert me. Like the red radio buttons on my text messages on my iphone.
