    Add the Yealink T42U IP phone to the list of RingCentral's certified supported devices for assisted provisioning. This will enable automatic configuration and HD Voice (G.722 codec) functionality.

    Detailed Description:
    - The Yealink T42U is a popular and widely used IP phone model equipped with the G.722 codec, which supports high-definition (HD) voice calls.  
    - Currently, the Yealink T42U is not listed among RingCentral's certified supported phones. This necessitates manual provisioning, which is time-consuming and prone to errors.
    - More importantly, manual provisioning prevents the automatic activation of HD Voice, even though the phone hardware supports it.

  4. I recommend to move Ring Groups away from User Settings into separate module.

    Ring Groups are heavily used in simple call scenarios and deserve more visibility.

    The Queues are not one size fit all and not a substitute for Ring Groups due to their complexity

  5. We contacted support seeking assistance with setting up Yubikey with RC MFA we were educated where to navigate to setup the MFA however we failed setting it up as Ringcentral does not support FIDO MFA authentication

  7. Editing Fax Cover Page
    Need to be able to edit the cover page on the fax.
    Our company cover page keeps disappearing and when added back to the cover pages, it cannot be edited, nothing can be added to it. Can't even add an optional note when sending the fax. Please fix ASAP.

So while using the add User function a template can be selected thus linking a role to the user account, however, once the account is created you have to open the new accounts role setting to then select the correct role domain setting as it defaults to Company. Can there be an option to either choose the correct site or to have the process select the site domain based on the users Site selected during creation?

    Currently, when dialing an extension, pressing the # key routes the call directly to that extension's voicemail. However, this command does not apply to Call Queues.

  16. The Super Admin hypothetically named Jane Doe blocks a number of an ex-boyfriend. Now the ex-boyfriend cannot contact the company, or anyone within the company, because Jane Doe blocked it. There needs to be a Global, company-wide block list that is not tied to a Super Admin account. Please find a solution to this issue, because if a number is blocked by the Super Admin, it will not reach another extension, even when that extension has added the number as a Trusted number, which QUOTE "Specify trusted numbers which should never be blocked under any circumstance" Obviously that above statement…

  20. The customer wants to add an external email address that does not have an active RingCentral account for external guest communications. Currently, as per the article https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Managing-your-domain-allowblock-list-in-the-RingCentral-app.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingEX&language=en_US, domains and email addresses without an active RingCentral account cannot be added.
