    The current functionality for uploading templates to the RingCentral Directory presents challenges in maintaining updated and correctly formatted contact information. This feature request aims to improve the user experience by allowing for easier editing and updating of directory entries, as well as enhancing search capabilities, particularly by company name.

  3. RingCentral App HUD apparently overwrites the setup we have programmed on the user presence via Admin Portal.

    Ideally, the new added extension on the HUD should be assigned to the next available key and not overwrite the previous configuration. We need to have an option on the RingCentral app to manually assign the users to the available keys.

  4. No voicemails coming in whatsoever no matter what extensions or buttons are pressed, no matter what number the person is in queue, no matter anything. We want absolutely no one to be able to ever reach us through the phone system and absolutely no voicemail messages to be able to be sent into our system.

    Justification:

  9. When the HUD setting is configured to hide user names, there also should be an option to hide/prevent the duration that is shown. In order to account fully for security compliance this should not be shown to others (any call information).

  10. Make it so admins can lock settings so users cannot change them on the mobile app. This is specifically the user settings. We have a complex set up and it includes users being able to receive calls on call and with notifications. Our users frequently change setting and the only setting we want them to be able to change is to Do Not Disturb. Unfortunately they change notification settings and a variety of other settings, which makes it a nightmare for our admins to revert back.

  16. We have several phones in common areas that should also be able to ring and be picked up as well.

    In our past systems, we had 5-6 phones ring with incoming main line calls no matter if they were currently on a call or not and you could put that call on hold and answer the other incoming call. I want our current system to be able to do that to include 2-3 "backup" people who have their own lines.

    With RingCentral, the call queue does not allow us to do that. If the receptionist of the queue is on…

  19. Have app save my choice for input and output. If the headset is not recognized, them go to the default setting.
