  1. Give the user on an Iphone the ability to make Ring Central as their default dialer when clicking a phone number in a different App. When a user clicks a phone number on Google, Or in our case we have a dispatching application application the user can click the customers phone number We would like this to dial out using RingCentral instead of the iPhone so our business phone number shows up rather than the technician's phone number.

    Currently the work around is copy the phone number and past it into the RingCentral dial pad but would be much nicer…

  2. instead of just the weekly schedule option add Monthly and yearly and maybe even bi-weekly or every 1/2/3 or 4 weeks/months etc

  5. Our faxes come to the OSCAR EMR inbox but also stay in the Ringcentral app and my staff have to clear them manually is there a setting so when they get uploaded to our OSCAR EMR those get deleted (except that did not go through)from the ringcentral app (that was the case with SrFax)

  6. Feature Request : Have option to adjust Off Hook Timeout for Cisco ATA devices

    Details : currently no option to adjust the timer when the phone connected to the ATA device is off hook causing it to timeout after 20 sec we need to have the option to adjust and customize the timer to allow longer or shorter time when idle

    Current behavior : off hook times out after a few seconds it being idle

  9. Be able to unsubscribe users from push notifications in the admin portal. We had a situation that an employee is not longer with the company, the access to Ringcentral was removed she was not able to access the account but the push notification was still being delivered to the mobile device.

  11. Can you please add an option for weights. meaning having certain sales reps receive more calls within a queue than other sales reps.

    Example: If i the numbers of sales reps I have available equal 100% and I have 10 reps available. Each rep will have 10% of calls. If we can add the option to increase certain reps percentage (which will automatically lower the other reps percentage) so some reps receive more calls than other reps. This will increase the weight for one sales rep, he/she will receive slightly more calls than the others. etc.

  16. It would be valuable to have call queue members be able to access the call queue's voicemail box in their individual voicemail boxes. Example: They should see voicemails left to them specifically and they should see voicemails left to the Call Queues that they are members of with the queue name. This allows them to manage voicemails properly and not via email.

  19. Messages below the "New messages" divider should appear in bold. Often people (including myself) are missing new messages if there is more than one in the conversation. Also, the "New messages" divider should appear more bold or highlighted. It looks very similar to the date divider.

  20. From RC App, when I go to Phone > Calls to check the call history, I want the Call and Text icons to be available. When I hover over my cursor to my External Contacts from Call History, it only shows Message and Video even if they don't use RingCentral App.

    When viewing the phone app and communicating with someone who doesn't have RingCentral, users want the ability to communicate directly (call or text) instead of being notified to encourage contacts to become RingCentral users.
