  3. Missing Caller Number in Shared Voicemails:
    When voicemails are shared via message or email in the RingCentral app or admin dashboard, the caller’s phone number isn’t automatically included for callbacks. Our salesperson has to type it in manually. Is there a setting to enable this?

    Currently, chat messages exchanged during RingEX audio conferences are not retained in users' personal chat history. We request the ability to automatically save the conference chat in each participant’s RingEX chat window.

    Problem:
    Important messages, links, and decisions shared in the conference chat are lost after the session ends, making it difficult for users to reference or follow up.

    Proposed Enhancement:
    Automatically store the full conference chat transcript in the RingEX chat history of all participants.
    Optionally, mark it as “Conference Chat” with a timestamp and meeting title.
    Ensure it respects data retention policies and user permissions.

    Currently, the RingEX audio conference chat only supports plain text. We request enabling file and image sharing to improve real-time collaboration during calls.

    Problem:
    Users can't share documents, screenshots, or media during a conference, forcing them to use external tools and disrupting the workflow.

    Proposed Enhancement:
    Allow upload of files (PDF, DOCX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, etc.) in the conference chat.
    Include preview support and secure download links.
    Apply admin controls for file types, size limits, and retention.

  6. Currently, when a user is assigned a Role Domain in RingCentral, they lose access to the Audit Trail, even if their role otherwise permits it. This limits visibility into activity within their assigned site or domain.

    Please consider allowing users with Role Domain assignments to retain access to the Audit Trail, at least for users and activity within their assigned domain or site.

    For site-specific administrators, having visibility into changes and events is crucial for effective oversight, security, and troubleshooting. Granting localized Audit Trail access would empower them to manage their domain without compromising centralized control or broader administrative boundaries.

  7. Currently, in EX Roles, the ability to edit, change, and delete Monitoring Groups is bundled with permissions to create, edit, and delete Call Queues across the account. This creates a challenge when trying to grant users specific administrative access without unintentionally expanding their scope.

    Please consider separating these into two distinct permissions within Roles:
    - One permission for creating, editing, and deleting Monitoring Groups
    - A separate permission for creating, editing, and deleting Call Queues
    This change would enhance security, administrative control, and flexibility when assigning roles to users with different responsibilities.

Currently, when users connect their RingCentral app's Contact Directory to Microsoft 365 using their company email addresses, all users within the Entra Hybrid Tenant are imported into the Global Address List (GAL). This behavior is undesirable as it exposes internal users to all employees, including those without direct communication needs.

  15. When a voicemail is left, call the user(s) listed with a prercorded message "You have new messages. To listen, press 1." Then prompt the user for the voicemail inbox pin, or at least just letting them know they have a message where they can then open their app to respond to the voicemail.

  17. I want to receive a notification when I received a call on my added account on RingCentral App while logged in on the other account.

    For example: I am logged in on Account A and I received a call on Account B, I should receive the notification on my Account A that Account B has an incoming call and be able to answer it for convenience without needing to log out or log in
