Allow admins to restrict file types shared via RingCentral
Hi! I think it would be helpful if certain file extensions could be blocked from being sent via message. For example, if admins wanted to prevent executable files from being shared.

Simplify RC Desktop and RC Mobile login process
A number of our users have complained about the 4 screens they have to go through just to login on both the RC Desktop and RC mobile apps. First picking Sign In, then a screen with how to sign in, then your e-mail/phone number, then finally your password on the 4th screen. If there's some way to combine some of these things to get it down to 2 or even 1 screen that would be great.

Extend the time to input an extension
The system does not allow enough time for a blind person to complete inputting an extension. Could you please increase the wait time between digits? Thank you.

Use RingCentral messages with fillable PDF attachments for people to sign the document.
We have annual assessments for our field Employee signature required. Would be nice to use Ring Central text message with attached fillable PDF file for employee to sign.

Allow Multiple Phone Numbers for Caller ID's in User Settings Template
The option to select more than one phone number for agents to use as a Caller ID would be useful for companies that want their agents to be able to call out with a main number as well as their direct line while limiting agents access to all company numbers.

Use scanner directly when composing a fax like it was on the previous version of the app.
the "office@hand Phone" app allowed the user to send a fax by either choosing a file to attach or scanning the document dirctly into the body of the message. The new "At&T office@hand" does not give the option to scan directy for the fax. this basicly makes it an email. The option to scan directly to the fax is needed to simplify the process.

Allow call forwarding (NOT TRANSFER) to a soft endpoint (i.e. computer) like the old version did
Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

Silence notification for call pickup when the user is set to Do Not Disturb
Even dispatchers need a lunch break.Currently if an extension is assigned to a Pickup Member for a call queue, notifications that a call is available to be picked up still occur when the ext is set to DND. There is no way to silence the notification in the RC App and the only solution offered is to log out.

Include incoming number on iOS income-call screen
On incoming calls via the iOS app, all that shows is the "Caller ID" name. A lot of the time, that name is simply the name of a city that the area code is from. The phone number itself is not shown. It would be very useful to see the phone number as well to determine who is calling, especially when the Caller ID is unhelpful.

I want to remove entering a password everytime I listen to a voicemail please.
we have multiple company names due to marketing purposes it's annoying having to enter a password for each company every single time i listen to a voicemail

Simultaneous Ring for Failover Groups
Per the description, it seems odd that the option to have Simultaneous ring is not available for a call queue when adding a fail over group. For contractual SLA's on call answering, having anything other than Simultaneous pushing the call beyond the SLA when agents are unable to answer the call.

Ability to turn off "What's New" Promotions
My company has been using RingCentral for many years. Every time I use the app, I get interrupted in the process of performing a task by a "click here to..." notification. Not only am I fully aware of the features of RC, it is becoming burdensome to try to even make a phone call. In-app-window notifications such as this should be able to be turned off in settings.

Ability to prioritize custom rules
With custom rules, it would be beneficial to rank/prioritize one rule over another. If the criteria of multiple rules are met, we should be able to create an order in which the rules are followed.

Report robot calls and scams button
When using the RingCentral desktop app. (And mobile app would be nice) I would like to be able to flag a call from the call history that is a suspected robot or is clearly a scam. (Perhaps this is two different buttons) I get a lot of calls that hang up when I answer or leave blank voice messages. I am tired of manually writing down the time and number of the call to submit to RingCentral to research. Of which they just say "The caller hung up". Please give us a button to flag the call so you (RingCentral)…

Voicemail Notifications/Voicemail Greeting access
Provide a way to prevent users from changing their voicemail notification to a non-company email address. Our understanding is that if we turn this access off, it also removes their access to record their voice mail greeting. Our concern is that associates could be forwarding voice mails that contain private or confidential information to non-company emails

POP UP SCREEN WITH NEW MESSAGE/FAX ETC
We use to be with 8x8 (no we are never going back) but I did like that if I received a message that it popped to the front of the screen. I see it can do this for a phone call but not a message.

Ability to see upcoming meetings beyond 3 days
After this recent upgrade over the past week (October 13, 2021), the Desktop version lost the ability to see your upcoming meetings beyond 3 days. I often schedule meetings well in advance and like to see them on the internal RingCentral application list versus being forced to go out of the app to the RingCentral Webpage to see future meeting schedules. I do not know why they discontinued having the upcoming meetings on the list.
