In the previous version of your outbound fax print driver, the Send Later function would default to the date and time selected for the previous fax sent. You removed this default which we use every Friday for a group of faxes to be delivered Monday morning. Put it back in.

a whisper that will announce what number the customer dialled since the incoming caller id display is very small and it is better if it is a whisper prompt not just a display on phone.

Enable and Disable Call Recording per device
We plan to do call recording for some calls and I know the calls are recorded to the profile of the user that initiates the recording but can that be changed? For example, can we have the default location for it to save to be on a server? Since the calls need ot be saved, we didn't want to rely on someone having to move them manually and possibly forgetting.
Also, is there a way to prevent call recording on the mobile app but allow it on the desktop and hard phone?

Enable Custom Tab Assignment for Shared Directory Contacts in Contacts Section
When we upload the Shared directory of external contacts in the RingCentral Admin Portal by default, the contacts are showing on the Company tab of the RingCentral app.

Nuisance caller re-direct
To combat nuisance callers, we have found that utilising the call blocking feature on the Super Admin account to not be the best method. When these rules are applied, it is very obvious to the nuisance caller that they have been blocked, therefore can simply change the number that they are calling from to circumvent this.
What we have found to be a lot more beneficial is to configure custom rules which re-directs certain caller IDs to a call queue which isn't manned. This then gives the appearance to the nuisance caller that they are waiting in legitimate queue, reducing…

Include name of report in email subject
When you receive the regular scheduled report, the subject of the mail is only "Planned Report". The name you chose is only visible and readable in the body of the mail. So from the subject line you cannot realized, what report type is in the email. This is a not that nice user experience, especially when you receive a lot of reports via mail.

Autoprovision Yealink T54w Display Name
Ability for Yealink T54w to Display First and Last Name. We have Yealink T54W phones setup with auto provisioning. When they provision the phone display shows the users phone number instead of the first and last name of that user. The virtual AI said it should show the name and not the number so it seems like something is wrong. We would like it to show the name.
I am able to change the name from the phones UI, but if it reboots we lose that setting when it auto provisions again.

Dial by Searchfield
It would be useful, if it is possible to dial via the search-field. When I paste a Number there (oder put in in manually) and there is no contact and i press enter, nothing happens.
Instead of "nothing happens" it would be great, if it is a number (even if there is no contact), that it is dialed with the phone. So it is not neccessary to switch from Messages or Journal to the dialpad and paste the number there.

Switching Super Admin who created the account
There should be a better transition for A Super Admin who created the account to be switched to another member on the team. Our Director was leaving and I had to manually switch all information. None of the direct messages or teams switched over, so that is a big privacy breach, as I could see all of her old messages, and she could see all of mine. Not to mention i had to call customer services 4 different times, for a total of 5 hours just to switch our super admin who created the account. This should have a better…

The customer wants to use the Shared Line feature across multiple devices using a single digital line. They do not want to have separate phone numbers for each device that will utilize the Shared Line feature.

Transfer straight to voicemail.
We would like an option to transfer a caller directly to an individual's voicemail box if the person is busy. We can only transfer to their line and their phone will ring before allowing the caller to leave a voicemail. I was given a work-around by RingCentral's technical support, *extension#, but it would be nice if there was a button so you don't need to remember everyone's extension numbers.
