  1. Currently, in RingCentral user ring settings, each “ring” is defined as 5 seconds of ring time. However, the audible ringtone pattern differs by device (e.g., desktop app, desk phones, mobile apps). For example, when a user sets their ring setting to 3 rings (15 seconds), they may hear 6 audible rings on the desktop app instead of 3. This inconsistency causes confusion for users who expect the audible ringtone count to match the configured ring count.

  3. If the phone number is assigned to the auto-receptionist and that number is used by the operator extension to send SMS or fax, it should show the operator extension name instead of the main super admin's name in the email notification as the sender.

  5. We understand that certain columns in Performance Reports are included by default. However, it would be beneficial if administrators will be given the option to remove specific columns such as User Status, Voicemail Count, Department, Extension Number, and Total Handle Time (Outbound). Allowing this level of customization would make the PDF version of the report easier to read and more relevant to our needs.

  7. Add a timer function that can be adjusted by the member or admin to allow someone to set a timelimit to automatically remove themselves from que after 8 or 12 hours. Our member remember to log into que "normally" but forget to log out after a shift because ... well lets face it their mind is on going home at that point. So if they could select a timer before entering que for an adjustable time or even a set time 8hr, 12hr, or indefinate that would leave one less thing for human error.

  15. We would like to suggest a feature enhancement for the RingCentral app: a clear pop-up notification that alerts users immediately when the app loses internet connectivity. This notification would help users quickly identify connection issues that might affect call quality, message and call delivery, and overall app functionality.

    A prominent pop-up alert would improve user awareness and reduce confusion during network interruptions.
