Ability to hide icons Apps, Phone, Text, and Fax on MVP, Mobile app and browser for FinServ Customers with compliance
This is a new customer and they requested these icons be removed like what they did for Messaging. They use Teams and have a Cisco PBX are do not want these icons as they confuse the end users. They will be using RC for Video and Audio conf but wanted the full Ultimate license so at some point they can from Cisco phones to RC. Outbound Caller ID Search
Customer is coming from CloudCall, which has a local presence option that can auto select an outbound CID(covers most major metro cities) to match the dialed number. RingCX, and Dialpad CC can do this, but if MVP simply had a search feature for its built in Outbound CID selection, it would be more attractive to customers that don't necessarily need a full CC package just for this feature. I have recieved feedback from many prospoects that once that list gets more than 20 numbers in it, it becomes too cumbersome for the end user.

Have Call Queues and Call Monitoring respect site boundaries for administration
Customer uses Site admins for each site. Admins can set up Call Queues with only users at that site but can set up Monitoring Groups across the entire company which is a security risk

Give an option to allow an ad-hoc conference calls to continue if the host drops
Use case: RingCentral customers often receive calls from their customers that need to be warm transferred over to another department. After the warm transfer, the call needs to be conferenced so that the customer, called party, and transferred party can all talk together. Admin Portal Add Manaul Configuation Paramenters to Push to Phones
I have Avaya J159 phones that have a feature called Do Not Disturb (DND). If a user sets the phone to DND, that doesn't synchronize back to the server so DND does NOT show up in the contact list, or anywhere else so staff know they are in a DND/Unavailable state. If I log into the web interface for the phone, I can disable the feature and make staff set their availability on RC desktop or mobile. RC app image resolution
We are needing to share images through the company with a high resolution, sharing high resolution image makes the picture show cut off or the image does not show completely, with that we need to download the image and open it on Photo Image Viewer, it would be nice if we can view it on the RC app on a full image.

Ability to allow MS Teams status to be available but not accept calls

Allow non-super admins the ability to change user role domain
Site admins cannot change Role domain when creating new users or when editing current users. The area to select a role domain is grayed out and cannot be selected.

Ability to Edit external number under call forwarding
From the User's Ring Settings, we have an option to add an external phone number to forward the call and we have an option to edit the number to change to a different one instead of deleting it and adding a new number. Now it is not available and we only have the option to delete it. It would be helpful to add the option to edit the external number on a call forwarding of a user.
