  1. Some features wont work with RC app that is why we need to have the RC phone app use for outbound like smokeball - and we have multiple devices to login.

  2. One thing we can no longer do is upload recordings for voicemails. When recording on the Service Portal with a headset, the recording sounds "windy". When using the cell phone the recording is good, but we have to access the portal on the internet. The mobile site is not user friendly.

  4. The dial pad should have an option to stay on top of all other windows (stay in the forefront). It is frustrating when you're in a call and doing other things and you have to bring up the dial pad window again to do a prompt or mute/unmute, etc. If there was an option to be able to click to other windows but the dial pad always stayed on top that would be great. We have a request that Incoming Call Pop is DISABLED as default as part of the Auto-Provision process on Avaya J100 series phones.Customers migrating from IP Office (or Aura) are used to Call Appearances and toggling between calls (line 1, line 2, line 3). Call Pop is a nuisance, and better OFF. It is simply impossible to disable this feature handset-by-handset when a company has 30 or more users.   6. When on a call using the RingCentral Mobile app and then hit the add button the dial pad should pop up directly so we can enter the number we wanted to add and call like the actual behavior on the desktop app.

  9. We have some colleagues who suffer from red-green color blindness, they have difficulty seeing if the dot in front of the username is red, green or grey. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Congenital_red%E2%80%93green_color_blindnessMake it possilbe to change the colors if needed.

  10. Description:Currently, users are emailed monthly that call recordings are setup for their account. However, the messaging in the email is very confusing and we have had multiple employee's create tickets for our helpdesk as they are confused why they are constantly getting the notification. As well, due to the wording of the message, it is creating a lot of confusion for our users, as the current wording makes it seem like previous calls were not being recorded.   11. Requesting for the RingCentral Desktop App. to have a capability where you can pick up a call even if there is no microphone connected which is available on the old RingCentral phone app. This is very useful for calls like 2FA that need to enter a number key only and not require a microphone

  15. We have Mitel 5330 phones that we wanna use with Ring Central phone system. Apparently its not compatible since this is not a SIP enabled device. It would be beneficial to most of ring central customers to have the non sip compatible phones work with the phone system for us to utilize the desk phones

  16. The Host should have the option to check the identity of the participant like the real name if the participant is joining via Dial-in using their personal phone. Because when participants are joining via Dial-in on the meeting via their personal phone only the phone number of the participant is showing.

  17. This is useful, especially for upmarket accounts that have hundreds of users. Using the IVR Menu and setting it as forward to an extension means hundreds of IVR Menu too, which will be tedeous. There should be a way to let the missed caller choose a keypress if they can leave a voicemail and another customizable keypress option for the directory or other options that the user may prefer.
