  2. Like the other device types and models, such as Yealink and Polycom, Cisco 8861 should not have a long reconfiguration period when signing out and signing in with a different user.

  6. It would be great to have the ability to schedule more than one call forwarding instance at a time for a single site/number.

    For example I have a site that just requested 6 separate days worth of forwarding but each day the call goes to a different one of our sites plus the start and end times differ from one another. Would be great to be able to schedule more than one at a time as this would lessen the work load of admins who handle these.

  10. When someone calls any of the companies under our main RingCentral Accout, the App should show the name of the company they are calling, NOT the phone number. Or we should have the option as to which to show.

    EASY FIX! C'mon!

    Caller Calls any of my businesses under the one RC account I have.

    To: XYC Business or

    NOT just the phone #.

  18. Please I beg you!! Please add a 'Set Outbound Caller ID for All Features' (and phone) option, or a way to select multiple features to set the outbound ID for at once. We must change our users' outbound caller ID's often. Currently for each individual I must change the primary number's ID under the Extension then move to Outbound Calls/Faxes to set the same outbound id "By phone' and for each of the 9 features- that means clicking edit ► select number► save, 11 times in a row.   20. Need to pull up the outbound call recordings of the ring members under the extension where they are added to.
    It would be best if there is a way we can get the outbound call recordings of the ring members in one extension only where they are added to.

    Right now we can pull up the outbound calls individually under their own extensions.
