Different internal rings
If I want to call my co worker, it should ring different ring than normal ring so they know its internal (coworker call).

So on the Avaya system, you can assign a user's call appearance (line) to another user as a bridged call appearance. The line is then shared access between the users. The owner can take line off hook and the brdg-a user can see the line offhook. If a call to the line owner rings in the brdg-a user can answer "on that line" place the caller on hold and the owner can then pick up call off hold. Support confirmed that a meeting recording may fail if there's only a single user or person present. Some users use it as a recording program so they are requesting it to be optimized.

If someone calls this number, and the number is busy at the moment, the person that is calling is on a call wait until the line is available again and until someone pick up, but if they do not want to wait anymore, they can press something like 0 to leave a message and that someone can call them back after they are available?

different language transcription to text or email
It would be nice to have different language audio files transcribed to English for text or email. We have a ton of Spanish speakers that leave messages.
