  7. So on the Avaya system, you can assign a user's call appearance (line) to another user as a bridged call appearance. The line is then shared access between the users. The owner can take line off hook and the brdg-a user can see the line offhook. If a call to the line owner rings in the brdg-a user can answer "on that line" place the caller on hold and the owner can then pick up call off hold. If someone calls this number, and the number is busy at the moment, the person that is calling is on a call wait until the line is available again and until someone pick up, but if they do not want to wait anymore, they can press something like 0 to leave a message and that someone can call them back after they are available?
