  3. The customer wants to limit RingCentral app notifications. He only wants to disable call park notifications even if he is added as a member of a call park and still continue to receives other app notifications.

  4. When I try to make outbound calls, it only lets me add 4 other participants to the call. When this happens, it gives a fast busy signal and does not let me add them in. I know that there is the option to provide the callers with a conference phone number and code, but the clients I am working with are lower functioning and would not be able to keep track of the appointment information and phone number. I would like to have the capability to add anywhere from 2 - 8 people onto a single phone call.

  5. It would be a great feature if, instead of only being able to send a text message as a broadcast also being able to create a page or broadcast to each phone. Somewhat like an "amber alert" so if there is an emergency in the building we can share that with the entire staff.

  7. Often, calls which don't leave a voicemail message result in 1-3 minutes of an empty, "dead air" message. This uses up incoming toll-free minutes for no benefit. RC should detect there is no message being left and drop the call after 15-20 seconds.

  8. Previously there was a scan feature in the Ring central app that allowed you to scan directly to the app instead of just adding an attachment from your PC. It was phased out with the new update. This feature was very convenient.

  9. If you receive a New Text Notification in email, it would be great to be able to reply to it and have the reply message go back to the originator of the text. This would eliminate having to go in the RingCentral app to reply.

  10. Good morning,We would like to schedule meetings using our default mac osx calendar with our RingCentral GLIP app, opposed to using Office 365 or Google. When will GLIP integrate with Apple's Mac OSX Calendar? This is a very need feature we would find very helpful if implemented.

Most phone systems allow something like a "pickup group" which gives users in the same group the permission to pickup a ringing call on another extension.For example, lets say we have 10 users in a queue and 3 are away from their desk. However, one of those users forgot to set their desk phone to DND - a call comes into the queue and rings on the phone. Allow another user in the queue to pickup that call by dialing a code or pressing a button and entering the extension

  14. You can already get email notifications for incoming texts, and this is great because it lets you archive that communication the same way you would an email. But unlike standard emails, you only get one side of the conversation, because outgoing text messages cannot be saved like an email. Having the option to receive copies of outgoing texts would let the records be more comprehensive, and would let other employees have a record of the conversation.

  20. Rather than having to click on the red button to end a phone call (tricky sometimes to navigate back to the app to find the button).... Create a hot key/ shortcut on the keyboard so that we can hang up a phone call without needing to use the mouse.
