  2. The request is to allow for Archiver tool to archive voicemail, SMS and Fax at Admin Account level instead of at the My Extension level. This would mean that it works in the same way the admin can do this for Call Recording. Without this, each user must be enabled and the user may have the ability to "undo" this and the customer may have to archive via API or a 3rd party app.

  3. Currently, Billing currency cannot be changed. The only way to satisfy to change billing currency is to migrate to a new UID, which results in a huge loss of data and disruption of services.

  4. Red Hat is in the process of turning up a new custom engineered BYOC gateway in Dubai, UAE. They needed local UAE DIDs.   5. I would like to have the option to change the frequency of the periodic tones for outbound calls that are being recorded. Right now it seems to be every 15 seconds which is quite annoying. I would like 30 second and 1 minute intervals as options.

  6. Allow users to create a generic OOO message.

    Separately, they could record the time frame they will be out of the office.

    This would (conceivably) allow them to record one message for reuse.

    Example:
    You have reached the voice mail for Veronica Lee.

    I will be out of the office from [variable-Start Date] to [variable End Date].

    I you need immediate assistance, please contact the Help Desk.

    If your request requires my personal attention, please leave a detailed message and I‘ll get back to you when I return to the office.

  8. We selected the desired cover sheet in the user template. Is there a way to prevent users from using other cover sheets? For example - we want classic to be the only cover sheet option available and prevent ancient from being used.

  11. ...tion like power outage etc.. It would be great to have the ability to use RC to send a notification via email, text or the RC phone app to alert employees that they don't need to come into the office because of weather or some type of problem like power outage, fire or whatever.

  12. On Zero dialing, Do Nothing is selected. When the caller presses 0, it should do nothing, it should not connect to the operator extension. Do nothing should disable the operator extension.

  13. We were hoping to get a feature that will change the extension status to receive queue calls without changing it online or on the app. Certain options can be the following:1. Time specific (ex. Available after one hour or a scheduled shift)2. Closing the RingCentral app and relaunching it or logging out and logging it3. Follow the call queue business hours settings

  15. Include options to what happens an invalid key press is used in the IVR menus. Currently, the RingCentral system will attempt to route the user to the closest extension which is often an announcement only extension. If an IVR menu only has 1,2,3 key press options but the dialler presses 4 this should play a message to say that this is an invalid entry not route off somewhere unexpectedly.
