I would like to suggest to the developer to carry over the feature from the old app for the host of the call to be able to disconnect other people on the other line when we are on a conference or merged call especially when we are 3 people on the line and we are done talking to one person and wanted to disconnect that line.   2. On-Premise Exchange version 2013, 2016, and 2019 are supported for the RC Scheduler for Outlook but the customers are unable to see their scheduled meetings through the RC Desktop app because the only option available for calendars are Office 365 and Google calendar.

  3. It would be a great marketing capability if we could send mass voicemail messages out to our clients. We have an extensive list of clients and would like to be able to pre-record a message and send it out to a predetermined number of clients all at once instead of having to call them one at a time. Does Ring Central have a way of doing that and if so, how?

  6. We can create a group SMS and it will show as sent as a group text . However, when a Tmobile number replies to the sent SMS to the group, we receive the response in an individual conversation. We cannot currenly send goups texts to Tmobile users. This happens in RC Phone and the RC Web/desktop app. Please advise!

  7. As a technician, I CONSTANTLY run into the complaint from customers that you cannot route missed calls to an IVR in a Call Queue. For example; a customer wants their 7 phones to ring, IF no one picks up, instead of going to voicemail, they want to route that missed call to an IVR. Creating a rule only allows you to call forward immediate. So it would be nice to be able to route MISSED CALLS in a call queue to an external transfer or internal transfer (IVR or user).It would also be nice, to have a custom rule that…

  9. We can see if call queue members are available, busy, or unavailable but cannot turn the "Accept Call Queue Calls" feature on for extensions via the admin portal. Some of our extensions are desk phones and there is no way to login as the extension to turn that on

  10. Currently when playing a voicemail it plays the name of the caller, if not available the caller ID number, but not both. It would be nice to have the following per our staff request...1. the option in mailbox settings to allow you to turn on/off the envelope informaiton (was in Shoretel/Mitel in the past)2. Play both the name and number3. Play the number more slowly4. Have the ability to "rewind" so you can replay the last section without having to re-hear the entire message.

Please add the internet fax printer driver to the unified app, this is currently part of the desktop phone app and we desperately need this to move forward with using the unified app. This has nothing to automatically printing faxes so please do no merge it with that idea. This is solely for printing a document INTO the RC unified app to be SENT as a fax.

  13. In addition to the 3 main status options (Available, Do Not Disturb and Invisible), there is an editable status designation. This option has 6 defaults with a corresponding emoji (Out of office, In a meeting, etc.) or one can edit the phrase and emoji. None of the 3 I use are among the defaults so I need to retype and reselect an emoji every time I change my location. It would be nice if I could edit the default list to replace 3 given with ones I use so that process to change was a single mouse click.

  14. In a queue, it detects that member as busy when engaged on a call. This doesn't enable them to receive call, unlike in call forwarding that has the ability to receive calls in all platform

  16. With our old phone system (Mitel), there was an applet named Phone Assistant(https://oneview.mitel.com/s/article/Phone-Assistant). It provided a one-page view of all users and their current status (On a call, DND, idle, out, etc.). It was extremely helpful as call handlers can quickly make decisions on who can accept a call transfer.The closest thing to this with RingCentral would be to look at everyone's status in the messaging page of the RingCentral app. Due to regulatory restrictions, we needed to have the messaging feature disabled in our RingCentral app. In an effort to duplicate something similar, our RingCentral expert helped…
