  2. :bulb: Can someone please suggest to RC, that when I want to forward (copy and forward) a text, say from a candidate to my teammate who has the job, I should be able to put that in the normal 4 digit extension thread, not have to send it to the 10 digit phone number thread. If you can speak to this, great, but it's an RC suggestion for their software, etc.

  3. My company has many locations that serve various purposes. Each with their own hours, IVRs, preferences, call queues depending on what that location does. The settings on the IVRs and call queues can change depending on the time of year and as the seasons change. For example, in the Spring, some locations want to bypass the IVR and have callers go directly into a queue because call volume spikes. But when Fall comes around, they want to go back to the IVR with the menu. We have multiple admins that manage the phone system with different levels of proficiency. While…

  7. Add external call forwarding to custom rule at auto-receptionist. Currently, this is only available on a user level. It is a hassle to create 2 rules, one under auto receptionist and one under a user just to forward calls externally during holidays or specified days.

  8. It would be helpful if we can see timestamp when we receive fax. Most people sending faxed have not configured time on their fax machine, so it always shows incorrect time on faxes.

  10. Currently Cell phone app rings at same time as desktop app. There is no way to separate those functions.I would like the ability to assign the cell app to ring maybe 2 rings after the desktop app allowing me to pick up from desk before it starts ringing my cell as well.

  16. Dino is on the phone and I ask for a call back when he is off.When his line is free, my phone then rings and once I pick it up, his phone then starts to ring.Saves me having to keep looking at my desk phone to see when he is off his call. It was a great built in Mitel feature.

  18. Currently, the max view that we can see in the RingCentral App for scheduled meetings is 3 days. We wanted to have the option to view the meetings that were scheduled ahead of time Weeks or Months. We are used to using GoToMeeting where if you schedule a meeting for the future…like a board meeting…and that meeting has a password, you can change the password at any time. With RingCentral, you have to wait until the meeting is less than three days away in order to change it. That isn’t useful at all for us.

  19. As per the customer, manually adding keys take too much work specially if there are 500 Polycom phones associated in the account. Customer also stated that all the phones that RC provides internally should have the Key Template feature since we are the one's selling the phones.

Please add the ability for Admin users to be able to review all messages (voicemails, texts, etc.) for all extensions on a RingCentral account.I run a CPA firm, and sometimes we have to verify information that is sent or communicated from clients. However, it is sometimes difficult to do that as a supervisor as only the subject extension can review specific messages.
