  1. Make it possible, on a person by person basis, to DISABLE sending e-mail notifications to people that are Co-Recipients to an extension. Without this, the only way a person can stop notifications from the shared extension is for them to disable notifications on their own account. But if they do that, they also lose all e-mail notifications for their own extension. Scenario:Message-Only box (ext 3001)Notifications (e-mail) is Enabled for the extension.   3. If a user leaves the office and is away from their desk, they'll still rotate within the call queue. Invisible users should be treated the same as "do not disturb", so that if a user leaves for an extended period of time without disabling "queue calls", they won't negatively disrupt/impact the queue.

  6. We are not able to see our task categories in this upgraded RC version. This makes it much less functional for us as categories were a good way to segment our tasks rather than having everything jumbled.Thanks.

  7. Is there a way to make callers, listen to the entire message/prompts before they can make a selection? Currently, they can interrupt the prompts by pressing a number. We do NOT want them to be able to interrupt the prompts. This will make them listen to the entire message.

  8. Please check if we can add a feature to block/have some users hide from company directory and at the same time still view them by other users within the group.For instance, user 1,2,3, and 4 are hidden from the directory but these set of users can still view each other in the directory.

Currently the only way to change your location of where your video recording is stored is to do it through the RC Meetings app. Since the RC app is supposedly a combination of all the Ringcentral apps, it simply does make sense that this feature is only available on the RC Meetings app and not the original RC app.

We have a need to soon create up to 200 call queues for varying locations that all require different phone numbers with differing area codes.We have a group of managers that need to be the ones to update the call queue membership, thus they need to have call queue manager access to each one. We really need to avoid having to manually add each manager to 200+ different call queues. Especially in the event of personnel changes.   12. It would be helpful if I was able to create folders on the fax tab to separate faxes by day month and even year as well as importance of the received fax. This will be helpful in terms of not deleting previous faxes that have been received and not printing out the faxes as we are trying to be paperless.

  13. The pdf of the sent faxes have the information showing fax number time sent, etc. and are good proof of a timely fax. You can get it by downloading it from the app, but it would be nice if you had the option to just have the pdf images attached to the email notifications of a successful fax. Not only would it save steps, but you could easily send just the RingCentral email as proof of the successful fax to clients for their files, etc.

  14. RingCentral should allow users to manually select "busy" to reflect a red dot. This will allow for more flexibility and will provide users the freedom to be unavailable for periods of time throughout the workday. While the feature is automatic with an answered phone call, many users utilize RingCentral with their business organizations on a daily basis for personal messaging and document sharing. It would be great to have this feature available with more ease.

  16. Hi right now the phone calls are set to go to my assistant Melissa 5 days a week. But on her days off, they go to my other assistant Tania. This is set up through a custom routing schedule. WE NEED THE SAME CAPABILITY FOR TEXT MESSAGES TO BE AUTOMATICALLY DIRECTED TO THE PERSON ASSIGNED TO ANSWERING THE PHONE. I am a realtor and most of our business is done through text. Thanks

  19. There is currently no way to get notification on the RingCentral Mobile app when a call is left in a call queue voice mail. If RingCentral was added as a carrier, an SMS notification could be sent to the call queue member's RingCentral numbers.Alternate is to add an option to send a message to the call queue member's via the mobile app.
