  1. When in a meeting via another online tool you get interrupted with a phone call. Pressing ignore does not get the call ignored it continues to ring. This disrupts all parties in the meeting. The feature of ignore should be that once pressed the call is taken to a voicemail. This has also happened when on a call, another call has come in and the ignore button won't work.   2. Once we dial-out in the RC app, there's a drop down list for caller IDs. Currently, we can't change the positions of the caller IDs in the dropdown list.

  4. When using actual desk phones with Ring Central, there needs to be a way to change your availability status for both as an individual and as a member of a call queue. Whether this is done via a softkey or a key combination such as *(number combination), it doesn't matter, it just needs to be something that is able to be accomplished. Currently, the only way to do this is to log into the app and toggle the availability status there.

  5. Submitting in behalf of the customer We are looking at setting up private call Parking Slots. 2 per site. Which means we ned at least 120 call park slots.We also need to be able to set the desk physical handsets to monitor specific call park locations. This allows site staff to easily monitor and pickup park calls. Emulating the previous system where they can efficiently pickup park calls (with one button press) without the need to remember any park location number.Also, below page menionted that there is a limit of 100 call parks.   7. I would like to download all the phone numbers on the account inluding the serial numbers of the desk phones. As for now, we can only download the phone numbers and the make and model of the desk phones.

  8. With a company consisting of different divisions, we need customers of those different divisions to recognize that specific division is calling them. Right now only the main company phone number can have a caller ID name, and the multi-site setup removes the ability for one person to access the separate division phone numbers to call out on.A solution would be to allow for individual caller ID names for the call queue numbers as well as the company main.

  10. I want to limit the users access on the application to call recordings with the exception of 1 or 2 numbers. Please make this changes ASAP because this is a deal breaker for me to keep using Ringcentral. thanks

It would be great to be able to activate limited extensions when creating them.The kitchen and breakroom phone don't need an email address assigned to them which means I end up assigning my own and I have to manually click on each email and activate them myself.We have hundreds of sites with phones like this and it is a major pain.

  12. Presently very limited Bluetooth headset compatibility. Some people can't use just any headset because of environmental conditions, comfort, etc. I've never come across another app that was so limited in headset use.

  18. We are sending texts to our clients all the time. To personalize this, we sometimes like to instead send them a little video in which we thank them in person, introduce the company, etc etc, different themes in different videos. With just 1.5 MB limit per video in SMS, this is impossible. It would be an absolute awesome addition to our client approach and make us stand out to competition as well.

We use status' to indicate our availability - this is especially beneficial to verify if an employee is working in the office, from home, remote, at a customer, etc etc.However, all outside organizations that I have communicated with can also see this information. It would be beneficial to have a status for individuals outside our organization.

  20. A setting that would allow us to customize the default greeting for our user's conference line. Currently, when a client calls into a meeting, it says "welcome to the ringcentral conference line." We would like it to say "Welcome to the {Company Name} conference line." It adds a level of professionalism to the process for us. We were able to do it with Dialpad/UberConference but we just recently switched to RingCentral and were disappointed to find that we could not customize this greeting.
