  1. Currently when looking at your recorded meetings it titles then "Scheduled Meeting" instead of the Meeting name, or a custom name we can title the recording. Having the recording titled with either the meeting name or allowing a custom name will greatly benefit searching recordings. Currently if we wanted to look at a recording from say last week, we have to look at a few recordings to find the correct one.

  5. Please have an option to switch from one extension to another. Add an an option to send a Fax using the Fax Extension. Clicking on the Fax Icon while logged into extension 101 should switch or point to extension 1006 in our configuration.

When my Windows Ring Central phone app rings the "Alt A" shortcut will not work Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in.Also, With the Jabra Link 380 I have the same issue,When my Windows Ring Central phone app rings and I bring down my mic to answer the call, I can't Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in.

  8. It would be nice to be able to look at a user's extension settings and see what CQG's they belong to as well as if they have been set as the VM recipient for any of their CQG's. It would be helpful to see this from their extension settings before disabling/deleting their extension so we would know to go back to the CQG and change the VM recipient. It would also be nice to be able to add/remove them from the CQGs from their extension settings.

  11. A feature allowing other employees/managers to see when a user has their phone on DND. This would allow us to keep track of employees during there work hours and also a way for employees to know when someone is unavailable.

  12. It would be very helpful to be able to change another user's presence from the admin portal. For example, if a user marks themselves as DND and then leaves for vacation without including in theis status note that they're on vacation, it is assumed that they are in the office, but unavailable at this moment. VS being offline, and not available because they're out of the office for the day. At this time, we currently remote into the user's system to update, or, change their password while they're out, to log in as them, and update that way. Very clunky…

  13. Be able to block certain users in different departments to have calls with specific phone numbers. Example, when you have two tier of sales. Make sure people that attract users to your platform are not calling our premium users.

  14. was able to create work around by using "Custom Rule" to route incoming calls to Virtual extension and using "Call Handling" to add "coworkers" to "Ring all at once" .The problem with this workaround is, the user who answered the incoming call is not shown as busy or "on a call" to the other users.Please help.

We have star codes to log in and out of a Hotdesk phone, but this would allow the user to log in and out of a call queue (provided they have the proper role) on your physical phone without having to use MVP or go into the Admin Portal. This is already a feature that is a toggle on the MVP app, so it should be easy enough to implement the same idea as a star code on RC Provisioned phones.

  19. This should match the physical phone settings as well. If I put my phone on DND, it does not show on the phone screen (which the preset buttons should turn red, as it does when someone is on a call) nor on the app to others that I'm busy. I shouldn't have to put my phone on DND through the app in order for others to see this. RingCentral really has taken a step back compared to Mitel.

  20. its 2024 nobody calls everything is texts, telus and rogers and every other service provides unlimited sms , seems kind of obvs, u guys r jus scamming ppl this is ridiculous, how can u call urself a phone service company and not have unlimited sms, theyve had that for over 10 years now,
