  3. Make an option available to prioritize callers from different queues that share the same primary members. If there are callers waiting in both queue one and queue two, callers from queue one would be distributed to users (CSRs) before callers from in queue two. Allowing VIP customers or other more urgent callers to reach a live agent faster.

  4. ...r may need access to that 2FA code. A bank sends 2FA code via SMS. The same person in an accounting firm might not be loggin g in each time....the code needs to go to one of 3 or 4 extensions rather than the one person who isn't available today.

  5. ...tion like power outage etc.. It would be great to have the ability to use RC to send a notification via email, text or the RC phone app to alert employees that they don't need to come into the office because of weather or some type of problem like power outage, fire or whatever.

  6. RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

  9. In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up because it was a dead or sales call, wrong number, etc. In a perfect world I could type in an extension and see how many calls I transferred to that particular extension.

  11. One of our users need to use their number for verification with Venmo. When they enter their number Venmo returns an error message stating that it is not a mobile number.There are several FR's submitted https://ideas.ringcentral.com/ideas/ENTCOM-I-53 and based on the update, it was implemented but it seems to be not working still.Please check as customer needs this ASAP.

Users will be able to set up speed dial for supported phones easily, this makes communication faster and easier for large companies.A customer actually had the option available and was able to set up the speed dial on a Poly VVX 450, and a couple of days later, the option is no longer available.

  15. Many of our users have custom rules with a custom voicemail greeting. They use them for "out of office", "in a meeting", "out to lunch", etc. When a Custom rule is applied, the custom greeting is heard by callers dialing the DID and through the main line but anyone internal who dials that user's extension does not hear the custom greeting. They only hear the user's standard greeting. Currently the "extension" is not listed as one of the conditions in Custom Rules so we cannot select it. This would be very useful to have this feature.   20. When in a meeting via another online tool you get interrupted with a phone call. Pressing ignore does not get the call ignored it continues to ring. This disrupts all parties in the meeting. The feature of ignore should be that once pressed the call is taken to a voicemail. This has also happened when on a call, another call has come in and the ignore button won't work.
