  2. Allowing the other forwarding set up of an extension to ring directly to an incoming call to the same extension when the owner of it is currently in line. No longer ringing or notifying again the extension that there's another incoming call but jumping right to the next ring extension added on the forwarding.

  4. To have Microsoft connection to truly follow the calendar so that when in a meeting it will auto go to a do not disturb and then back to available when out of the meeting. Another nice item would be if it follows the MS Teams so if you are on a general call (it goes red) that it would do the same.

  5. Increase the Lines For Pick up Setting & Member in a call queue Increase from 25 to 50 or more..... You increased the call handling members but it would be nice for this so then others in our office or locations can see other queues ringing and help answer the phone.

  6. Provide the ability of the RingCentral App Admin to remove users from the system created group from the RingCentral App. As of the moment, the only option is to remove the user from the Admin Portal, so that this user will be remove from the default group from the RingCentral App.

  7. Testing the Mitel 480G phone enrolled with RingCentral.With Mitel, the top bar on the home screen shows the user's extension. It does not with the RingCentral firmware. It is handy to see that at a glance.

  8. We text our clients a LOT. To the point it can be difficult to keep track of things that have been addressed or not. Having some of the functionality available in normal Messages for SMS threads would be a huge help to manage them. I realize SMS doesn't support the interactive type features where both sides of a convo see things (tasks, events, etc). But being able to do things like Pin specific texts, Attach files to a thread, have the images tab show any images sent/received, assign a task/event (and perhaps give the task assignee visibility to the thread),…

  9. At home I have a different headset than at work. Every time I switch between working from home and the office I have to go into my RC settings and change them. Instead of choosing a specific audio device, it would be better to have a list of microphones and speakers and put them in priority so this would be set once and for all. If my home headset is attached, it would automatically use that. If my work headset is attached it would use that.   12. The interface correctly updates my RingCentral availability to In a Meeting, however it does not set my phone to DND. It seems like it should make my Status "In A Meeting" and set my availability to DND. This should be the same logic for normal meetings scheduled in Outlook or meetings on the Outlook calendar pushed from RC Video Meetings.

  13. In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page.   15. Customer who want to fairly and evenly distribute sales leads amongst their team and not have personal calls from their agents disrupt the order calls are received. This list would have the agents loaded into a queue and calls would be distributed down the list and once it reaches the end, it would start over at the first agent again.

  17. We often need to open tasks from inside of one team to another. It would be very useful if we could link tasks together. Even if there were a simple "Task ID" which could be linked via @ or # that would prevent us from having to go back and forth between teams to track our work progress.

  18. We have a mitel desk phones where some live calls that we are receiving need to be transferred directly to the voicemail of a specific user extension.This feature will be a great help to us because the calls will not ring on the user extension if its not that urgent.
