DND App status should be reflected on desk phone
If an agent has selected 'DND' for their status through either the desktop or phone app, it should also display that same status on the desk phone. This would be both a visual indicator and reminder of what status the agent has selected.

Firefox to be fully supported for RingCentral App
We have received feedback from our customers regarding their experience while using the RingCentral web app on the Firefox web browser. Currently, Firefox is only partially supported, leading to error messages for some users. (this is from advice from our higher engineer)To enhance the user experience and ensure full compatibility, we kindly request that our technical team extend comprehensive support for Firefox within the RingCentral web app. This improvement will not only eliminate error messages but also make our platform more accessible to a broader user base, including those who prefer Firefox.

More granular permissions for users
In my case, we need to permit a user to export/download SMS logs, but per RingCentral technical support, the only way to achieve this is to elevate the user to Super Admin. This goes against industry best practices of "least privilege."It would be nice if all permissions were enumerated and available to add/remove to roles.Or allow role cloning, then permit add/remove of permissions to the cloned role.

Call handling - please revert back
For the consumer's sanity, please put call handling back like it was. It's so confusing and too many steps. Next time send your consumers the updates and the directions prior to making the changes.

Forward received images/videos via SMS to other users/numbers.
It will lessen the hassle of downloading the images and videos received via SMS and send it to others in a form of a new message.

App, RingOut and Caller ID
On the app (computer) when you select RingOut you can no longer set a different caller id number. Allow the ability to select the number even if the RingOut is on.

Set CLIP and Clip no Screening by the admin
Today it is not allowed, that the admin sets CLIP and Clip no Screening.For several scenarios (e.g. POCs) it needs a quick way to set it.The process to get to this setting is very bumpy and lengthy - not user friendly.If there is a possibility, the acceptance would be increased.

Manage call recording using a user group instead of a queue or individual extension
We would like to create user groups and assign users to those groups for whom we want call recording enabled. For example, you have 15 people from accounting, and we want to record all 15 staff members' calls, inbound and outbound. This requires it to be sent individually to record that extension. We would like to be able to create a user group that will allow us to add a user to that group, and they will automatically be included with those recording settings.

SMS Shared inbox: Default filtering
As a Shared Inbox user (especially one who can assign conversations), I need to see all active conversations by default, and then optionally filter down.
Current behavior: by default, the inbox excludes conversations assigned to other users.
Required behavior: default view should be ALL conversations when “ALL” is selected.
Workaround issue: turning the filter off does not persist between app relaunches, which creates a risk that messages will be missed.

Company Numbers & Extension Numbers Must be Enabled for Shared Inbox
Currently, company main numbers and numbers associated with site extensions, user extensions, and message-only extensions cannot be used with the shared inbox. We are requesting that this capability be enabled so that these numbers can utilize the shared inbox functionality.
