  2. Currently, only the Corporate Directory is automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory. There should also be a way where the Contact Directory can be automatically integrated with the RingCentral account's Company directory as well, rather than having the users manually add in their contacts locally on the device.This would greatly benefit users because it'll save them from having to manually enter in each contact

  3. We have 4 locations, and have many employees that travel around from location to location on a daily basis. We have even more employees that change physical offices throughout the day. Every office/desk station has a physical Polycom phone+headset combo. Currently, RingCentral has no method for a User/Employee to change their desk phone in the system, and they must find an Admin to go in and swap their desk phones in Admin Portal. I would think RingCentral would allow Users to be more 'mobile' in their workday and allow them to change their own desk phone. If a user is…

  4. Please allow URL shorteners in SMS/MMS messages depending on the usage. Some customers need to use shorteners in order to send links to appointment sign-up sheets and landing pages for their clients. Currently, the only workaround indicated would be to use private/proprietary URL shorteners.

Currently after a warm transfer is completed the user that received the transfer sees the caller ID information of the user that made the transfer instead of the ID of the person that they are on the phone with after the transfer.Can you make the caller ID show the information of the person that they are on the phone with?

  6. We have several locations with several hundred telephone numbers. To help with management of the numbers that aren't assigned to users I have been putting a brief description of their purpose in the Phone Number Name field. It would be awesome if the amount of characters allowed could be increased.

  7. Sometimes callers leave messages that are for a different department or a different colleague. It would be helpful to have a button to transfer the voicemail message to a different extension.

  8. Bulk import and bulk changes for users is great and it works perfectly fine. So now I'd love to have a similar feature for call queues and IVRs as well.Many customers have similar types of queue and IVR scenarios, so it would be nice to just import an XLSX.Or maybe the company changes names of departments and I want to change all the queue names at once.

Hi Team, one of our valued customer's Ms. Marrian and her colleague needs to have their Microsoft Outlook be connected or integrated to their RingCentral application so that they can seamlessly utilize RC Services using their outlook. However, they only have MAC devices and unfortunately this only being supported currently to Windows 7 or later. Please refer to https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8358.html#use

  10. In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up because it was a dead or sales call, wrong number, etc. In a perfect world I could type in an extension and see how many calls I transferred to that particular extension.

  13. I contacted support to ask how to Block calls for our internal paging system for all external lines and only allow calls from internal extensions. Currently anyone can call that number send a page throughout the organization. They told me to go to the extension and under the Block Option "All Calls" and put in our main number on the exception list. Well that Block All Calls with the exception does NOT work as intended. I am asking, to please fix things that should work. It is exactly the feature I need.

Admins want the ability to download all outbound faxes sent by all extensions on a Site; from the admin portal website, it's available on individual extensions but not for admins to access on demand. We'd have to log into each account individually to retrieve the reports.Workaround is to have the users download their own faxes every 30 days - not efficient or reliable we need this automated

  16. You can create a meeting in Google Calendar with the RC app but being able to use the RC app as the primary tool for collaboration would be great and viewing Google Calendar would be essential for this.

  17. Can I remove the *101 after my phone number on the cover page? It is confusing. Secondly, for the fax, can we just say "Fax" instead of "Fax phone" and last, can we give a parenthesis for the fax area code and a hyphen between the fax number. Thank you.
