Paging Group Contact / Shortcut for Desktop App
In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page. Add an option to the RingCentral app that allows you to open the app minimized.
Pretty straight forward and I can't believe that you didn't think of this idea already. You DO have an option to start the app on Windows startup, but it would be really nice if the app also started MINIMIZED.

Reverse the order of PERLs vs ERLs shown in the RC App dialog
When changing an emergency address with the RC Desktop application a dialog is shown with current Company ERLs and personal PERLs. Presently the Company ERLs are shown first followed by the PERLs.With hybrid work commonplace these days users often must switch between home and work addresses. PERLs are a convenient way to toggle this. Yet in the RC Desktop App the ERLs are shown first, followed by the PERLs (see attached image). Allow to show/ edit company's phone number on fax cover sheet
Current fax cover sheet shows the phone number the same as fax number. Specialties call the number thinking that is our phone number. It would be nice if we could edit the number so callers do not get confused.

Parked Call Visibility
We have some users who only field and make calls through the Yealink physical call. When they park a call there is no way for them to identify which location they parked the call at. On our previous system the button lit up with a different color so you could know in the event you forgot while in the midst of getting the call to someone else. It would be helpful to have this available.

I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Restore collapsable message pane
The message pane containing favorites, folders, and conversations used to be able to collapse. This was incredibly helpful - especially in work from home setups - as it saved room on our screens. Currently, the message panel has a fixed minimum width.Let's restore the collapsable message pane!

Disable/Block Calls on Fax only Accounts
All numbers for RingCentral Fax only accounts are equipped with Voice and Fax services by default. There is no option to change number to "Fax" only number for fax only accounts. Unfortunately there is no way to stop anyone from placing a voice call to a customer's fax number.Customer wants to have the option to change the number type of their phone numbers to "Fax" only. They don't want to receive any phone calls to their Fax number/s.
