Allow multiple calls to be placed on hold simultaneously when headset controls are enabled
Currently, with headset controls disabled, a user can have multiple calls on hold simultaneously.
Once headset controls are enabled, clicking the hold button toggles between calls meaning that one call is always active.
Feature Request: For users to be able to manage multiple calls on hold in the REX app regardless of whether the headset controls are enabled or disabled.

Workflow IVR menu to text on screen
Hard to put in words, but it would be nice if you could have the RingCX workflow and dial choices automatically show up on caller's cell phones when they call a number, which immediately displays all the choices for the current IVR menu/workflow/dial tree they are in. This would allow them to see what choices they can pick instead of waiting for the audio greeting to read the choices to them.

Manual Opt-Out option for SMS in the RingCentral app
RingCentral should provide the capability to manually opt out a number directly within the RingCentral app’s text tab and settings upon verbal request from clients or customers. This functionality would greatly enhance convenience for business owners and their customers by enabling them to efficiently and promptly process opt-out requests.

Allow SMS in AI Receptionist to Be Sent from Extensions Other Than the Super Admin

In the current implementation of the AI Receptionist (AIR), the SMS messaging feature is restricted to using only the super admin extension as the sending number. This limits flexibility and usability for organizations that require communication to be routed through other user extensions or departments.Current Behavior:
When accessing the “Send Text Message” feature within the AI Receptionist, only the super admin extension is available as the sending number.

Adjust Call Recording Announcement Playback Timing
We request that RingCentral redesign its call handling infrastructure to ensure that the call recording announcement is played only when the outbound call is connected and answered by a live person.
Currently, the announcement is triggered upon receiving the initial SIP 200 OK response from the called party. As a result, it is often played during connecting audio or hold music, before the call is actually answered. This can lead to confusion and may fail to effectively notify the called party.

Adding a date and time template to custom answering rules
We would like RingCentral to add an importable date‑and‑time schedule template to the Custom Answering Rules section (Auto‑Receptionist → General Settings → Site → Call Handling → Custom Rules → Edit Custom Answering Rules → Date & Time Schedule.)
The goal of this enhancement is to eliminate the need to manually enter each date and time range by hand. Instead, administrators should be able to import a schedule generated in Excel or another scheduling platform, allowing faster updates, fewer errors, and easier management of complex or recurring schedules.
