  1. I wanted to suggest a feature enhancement for the RingCentral app. When listening to phone call recordings, the audio stops when the screen goes blank. It would be really helpful if the app could either keep the screen awake or continue playing audio even when the screen turns off.

  2. Desired Behavior: Customer John calls User Suzie -> User Suzie "Conference Calls" with User Bill & Customer John at the same time -> User Suzie hangs up while User Bill and Customer John continue to speak.

    There are no available options for this right now.

    We are aware of Conference Calls; but that doesn't allow User Suzie to hang up and leave the others chatting.

    We are aware of the warm transfer, but that puts the customer on hold while User Suzie and User Bill speak.

  3. If a caller is waiting in the call queue, callers should have an option to opt in for SMS/Push to text with the help of Klara Software Integration.

    For Example:
    "If you want to continue to hold and speak with an agent, press 1. If you want to receive an SMS so an agent will reach out to you, press 2" The caller should receive an SMS based from what they selected from the IVR.

  4. It would be helpful to add a short note for some user accounts. Things like "on maternity leave until 30 June" or "temporary employee" or "this user has been terminated, but do not delete account pending legal action"

  6. We should have a way to add an extension number to the main site. As of now, we only have options to add extension numbers to other sites for multi-site accounts. This would let the other sites transfer/call the main site easier.

  7. Customer would like to have a feature to remove or restrict certain users from messaging or creating a team message within the RingCentral App. This feature is available before but they need to have the feature back as it would be essential to the organization.

If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb.   20. I work in IT and have to help users update their PINs, but the criteria field covers the re-enter field and is confusing for the user. If it was below and out of the way, it would be more intuitive to the user for them to confirm their PIN.
