  5. The current data available on Cost Center Management Billing details only have the user license, other extensions, and phone number charges. It does not include the Rental Phones and it gives discrepancies when being compared to the actual bill. Please add the rental phones and all other charges and fees entities on the Cost Center view.

  7. After a custom rule is crafted, I'd like the ability to schedule the turning on and turning off of the rule. Example: We have a site that is normally closed on Fridays, their on-hours schedule lists them as open on Fridays, so that we can still present callers with central service options. We route calls to that special IVR using a custom rule covering every Friday. They'd like to answer calls at the site on a few random Fridays -- but there is currently no easy way to schedule that.

    My proposed idea would allow you to schedule on/off times…

  9. RingCentral should have a capability to send a text messages to customer in case there's a problem or outage on the service and not only through email. This will really help the customer to easily view the message rather than on email.

  16. The voicemail time is too short. Is there a way to increase the time limit, the ideal time limit would be up to 10 minutes. We service all time zones w/ calls coming in after hours. It is very frustrating for the client to call back to continue a voicemail 2 to 3 times.

  17. Provide a notification when a HUD contact changes from busy, to DND, to available. Enable notification of status change by HUD contact. For example, when a HUD contact changes from "Busy" to "Available", provide a notification of the contact status change. The feature could be an additional option when selecting the Ellipse's for a contact in the HUD list.

  18. It could happen, that 2 calls attempts come in at nearly the same time. The user get both - has to decide, which to take - even when 'call waiting is off'.This should not happen - only one call should get passed though to the user.
