Allowing Assigned non-Super Admin users to participate in viewing and sending SMS messages using the Company Main Number
As of now, only the Super Admin, while using the RC mobile app, can toggle between their user phone number and the company main number for SMS'ing. We would like to have many non-super admin users (inbound call reps) be able to see and respond to SMS communication on the company main line. This way, the first person available can address the matter in the SMS most quickly.

There are receptionists that cater to more than 500 contacts. It is best to have the ability to increase the maximum allowed HUD entries to 1,000.

Group Messaging for 911 SMS Notifications
Currently if an SMS is sent out for 911 Notifications and someone responds to that notification, the communication is only sent to the person who dialed 911.
This causes many unneeded texts going back and forth because the others receiving the 911 SMS Notification are not aware that it has already been responded to.
We need a way for these notifications to be sent out in a group so that everyone receiving the SMS notifications can see the responses from others in that group text and not respond when not needed.

Group Text Messaging
I am on the phone with Ring Central customer service right now and he is guiding me through posting this.Ring Central is false advertising that it has Group Text Messaging. The customer service rep confirmed with senior tech support that it's not true. A Ring Central user can start a group text message; however, responses from non-Ring Central phone numbers don't come back into the group, they come back individually. Which defeats the purpose. block spam and robo calls are disrupting our business
My users began getting flooded with spam and robo calls and voicemails starting the week we moved to RingCentral from our old ShoreTel system with AT&T as a carrier. It is so bad that it feels like someone sold our number to spammers. I'm not sure if AT&T was doing something different to screen these calls, but I hope RingCentral can take global actions to fix this. We are a multi national, and so are our customers. so our customers email signatures are formated with their international numbers.

Transfer Confirmation for RingCentral App

Add ability for users to warm transfer
Desired Behavior: Customer John calls User Suzie -> User Suzie "Conference Calls" with User Bill & Customer John at the same time -> User Suzie hangs up while User Bill and Customer John continue to speak.
There are no available options for this right now.
We are aware of Conference Calls; but that doesn't allow User Suzie to hang up and leave the others chatting.
We are aware of the warm transfer, but that puts the customer on hold while User Suzie and User Bill speak.
