  1. wanted to have a sound reminder that a call is on hold a customer said that when they place the call on hold they are doing other things and it is much better if there is a sound reminder that a call is on hold.

  2. To provide admins the capability to export their SW configurations should there be a situation where RC goes completely down, and offload to a 3rd party server where can be then exported back without losing continuity.

  3. When going through to turn on which phones are permitted to accept intercom calls it would be helpful to be able to do this in bulk for multiple or all phones at once for each site. An option to just select all phones and apply an intercom template, similar to how we can do with page groups would help save time from having to do them one by one manually.

  5. Please add a feature from the Call logs on RC apps which User who answered the call from ring group so Users can see it from the Call logs inside the app instead of logging in from the Admin Portal. (Some users do not have access to login on the Admin portal and they are mainly using the RC App itself.

  6. Needs to add an IVR Menu to more than one Phone Number/Extension through internal calls. When you dial a certain extension like Ext. 581 for a call queue group it will play the IVR Menu.

  11. I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

  14. Transfer customers to receive a text message when no one is available to answer the call.If no one can answer the call instead of the voicemail he wants to transfer the customer to a text message and the customer will receive a text message instead and will notify them.

  18. HI, we have 3 extensions at one location , and if staff calls out , customer will get standard location IVR caller id on there end.

    Same feature should be available on Text / SMS when we are texting outbound from 1 one of the extension but receipts will receive text from location IVR phone number.
