  1. In the admin call log add inbound and outbound SMS messages. It would be nice to see who is texting and what is being said while looking at all of the calls/faxes made.

  4. On other systems, I have had the ability to configure physical devices en masse and push configuration changes. This could be performed either via a phone template option, or options under user templates. Three specific use cases could be missed call notification light change, ring tone setting, and screen timeout setting.

  5. Pinned chat items are often not very useful because it's not immediately evident what they are links to (for example, a document on a sharepoint site). The ability to add a name label to the pinned item would make it an immediately useful list of topic points and/or resources.

  9. Admins need the ability to remove the change freeze on user account phones once the phone is received. I should not have to open a ticket to assign a phone to a user because a new phone was ordered, received and not updated on RC and the shipping companies back end

  10. Please allow a phone to be ordered without assigning a number to it. Sometimes phones are needed for replacement, stock, testing, etc... and do not need to purchase a DID to associate with it.

  13. User is on an active call either from direct or via call queue.The users receives another call while they are still on the phone. Currently the 2nd call is ringing and interrupting the user who is on the other line. The 2nd call should go directly to voicemail without ringing the user.

  16. Selecting a custom named profile would establish video & audio settings. i.e. an "Office" profile would establish different video & audio settings than a "Home" profile. For those that have desks at both home and office - it would simplify the user interface.

  18. There is no way to have no number/person selected on the left side of the text screen. If the highlighted person send a new text, it automatically shows as read, so can be easily missed. Please add a way to have nobody selected so texts aren't missed due to this design flaw.

  19. When you do updates or new uploads via the bulk upload tool, it send an email afterwards to confirm success. The attached template does not show you what was updated or changed. It only tells you which one fails. We would like it to tell us both.

  20. We need to be able to restrict users from adding external apps in the RC app (see attached screenshot). These external apps pose risk, since users can add any app and infiltrate/exfiltrate data through the unmanaged apps.We would like to see the administrative capability to turn off all external apps in total and/or sanction specific applications for usage by specific users and groups of users.
