Add external contacts to desk phones using Desktop App HUD
Using the HUD in the Desktop App, you can add your internal RingCentral contacts to your desk phones. It would be a huge quality of life upgrade to have the ability to add any of your contacts, whether RingCentral, or for example, synced from Outlook, to your desk phone's display through the HUD.

Ability to disable Glip/Messaging and Global app control
Needing the ability to control what RC apps display as well as a feature to disable the internal messaging platform formally known as glip. We have a messenger internally already that's heavily integrated with our current systems in place and having two platforms is grounds for disaster.

Would be great to integrate RC as an Add in to Outlook on iOS so we can add RC meetings details to Outlook Calendar invites on the iPad and iPhone.

Add option to automatically delete Voicemails once the user has been emailed a notification regarding the email
Give Super Admin the option to automatically delete voicemails when users have been sent a notification email about the voicemail.

Allow users to make a call from a presence line
We have several locations where there are multiple people sharing a classroom. We have a user assigned to the handset and have several presence users on the handset. They are able pickup a call to their extension but unable to use their extension to make a call. Caller ID shows the main user extension as the caller and that leads to confusion.

[External Forwarding] - Choose the caller ID
Currently ringcentral uses "Superadmin" as a proxy-number to call any external forwarding numbers. I'd like this to be changed if possible as an option to select which "available number slot" would "you" like to be used to be displayed as an external forwarding number, or even some sort of a "name" behind the number as well. Thanks for reading this suggestion.

The ability to turn off faxing entirely
I think the subject line says it all. Faxing is antiquated and we don't use it. It came with Ring Central and all that I ever get on there is spam. I don't advertise a fax number and don't want it.

Calls Sent to Voicemail Not Marked as "Missed Calls"
You don't need to alert me to a "missed" call for those I intentionally sent to voicemail. Or at least give me a toggle that lets me choose if I want it to be listed as such.

Allow intercom to be used with presence - will allow intercom to work without entering extension number
For larger organizations, it is impossible to remember everyone's extension. For transferring calls, we can simply press the button for the user we wish to transfer the call to, and with presence it will blind transfer to that user. This way we only need the name of who we are transferring to, not the extension.However, with intercom we must know the extension. That is impossible if you have more than a few extensions. Add an option to block one specific number for the entire company.
right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.

Voice Mail - Press # for more Options - Need to upload a custom Greeting / Voice Prompt
When you are leaving a VM there is an option to press # for more options. This brings up a female voice prompt with more instructions. We would like to be able to upload our own voice prompt for this. We have paid for a Voice over actor for all menus. but there is no ability to upload the Voice over actors voice prompt for this Menu

Change the RingCentral VMWare service to machine wide install
During our testing with the RingCentral app it was determined that the service only installs as the user who installs it. In a floating desktop pool, this is a process which does not work well. Additionally, it requires the end user to install it during their session whereas it would be best to install this on the master image itself so all end users receive it. Can this be added as an install option?

Customize Email Notifications
One of my customers would like the ability to customize the system-generated email notifications that are sent to users when they receive a voicemail or fax or SMS message. Ideally, they could customize the branding and remove the RingCentral advertising and footer information.
