  1. The old RingCentral had the ability to test to ensure that the headset volumes were working.I am running version 21.2.15.482 updated 04/28/2021. I am using a Toorun M26 Bluetooth headpiece V4.1 which works very well with RingCentral.I can see in Notifications and Sounds where I can set my microphone, speaker, & ringer sources; I see the volume control. There is no place to test the sources like there used to be in the old RingCentral app.I would like to be able to test the sources before I start my day to ensure everything is working properly.   2. After adding managers to a queue it removes the ability to go to the advanced settings under notifications and change each notification's email. We use salesforce and create cases from email's, once I added managers to the queue it removed my exisiting notification emails and replaced them with the managers emails and I'm unable to change this. It's frustrating because now my only option to fix this is to clone an existing queue Please either allow me to remove manager's and/or add the advanced settings under notifications once manager's are selected

  5. To the right of a calendar event where you give the options Edit, Show Conversation and Delete, it would be great to have the option to duplicate the entire entry. I have to schedule multiple events each day for the warehouse. Every entry for the same team contains the same info except a difference in the job name which we place in the Event Title. I would love to be able to duplicate an event so it shows the same team, title, date, time, color, etc and then simply edit the title. Instead I currently have to create a new…

Support informed me that there's zero way even as a super admin to delete a post made by an app integartion into the messaging app. We use Zapier to post news article links into a News team channel. Despite being the super admin and the one who set up the integration and whos account it authenticates with, I am unable to remove any posts by the app.

  7. In Classic RC, you could use [code] and everything after it would be monospaced. In New RC, it only works when you have the closing [/code] tag. This would be fine, except that for orgs where users are split between Classic and New users, the former don't put the closing tag on because it looks fine to them.Also, it's more convenient for users to forgo the closing tag; let us keep doing that, please.

  8. Access to certain support areas are available through this app, but you are not able to access RingCentral Support to navigate to “Support Case Online” to open or check case status from the app; unless you do it by the browser.

  11. When receiving a call via the mobile app a user only has the option of choosing decline or accept. Mobile phone users are used to having the option to send a SMS when you can't answer a call. Having the same function in RingCentral mobile would be great!

  12. When I add a job title for a user through https://service.ringcentral.com/application/users/, that job title is not added or synced up with the title in the RingCentral desktop app.This would allow better admin management of the organization.

  13. I have synced my Outook365 Contacts and works well so far. It does bring my contact notes over to the address book however it only shows one tiny line.. If this could be put in a much larger text box (multi Line) and RESIZABLE this would be extremely helpful. WE use Outlook contact notes to track important details of our customers and we typically have a few paragraphs of details that would be helpful to view rather than copy and paste into a text editor to view more than one line of text.

  15. The pdf of the sent faxes have the information showing fax number time sent, etc. and are good proof of a timely fax. You can get it by downloading it from the app, but it would be nice if you had the option to just have the pdf images attached to the email notifications of a successful fax. Not only would it save steps, but you could easily send just the RingCentral email as proof of the successful fax to clients for their files, etc.

  17. Autocorrect for the RingCentral Desktop app (I'm on Mac). It would benefit everyone...it's the only app on I have my computer that doesn't autocorrect, which is a pain while using Glip.
