  2. Right now, when we answer a queue call, our presence doesn't change and looks like we're available. It's important to show when we're on a call weather it be a Queue Call or not.

  4. i am doing 2 jobs right now, and will for at least 2 months. each extension is for a particular job. i need to be able to see the texting on one app so i dont miss any conversations. i have 1 app on my cell phone and one on my desktop but that doesnt work while at home. i also have signed in 2 different ways on my desktop and that works, but i cannot use 2 apps on my cell phone, so again, doesnt work once i leave the office. this is a problem, and i am constantly…

  5. I created a test video that I recorded and it was about a 30 second video. It is still processing and it's been about 30 minutes so far. I was able to record a similar video with Snag It and that was a 10 second video and it took seconds to process.

  6. Implement a feature on admin portal to fully disable call blocking for users either by user, group, role, site or company wide. Users can still block calls in the phone app under history (even if role is setup with the Screening, Greeting & Hold Music unchecked (which blocked calls is a subset of)). This way the control is on the admin users and end users would not be able to use or change that feature unless admin portal settings are updated.

  7. Often times it’s just quick chat that can closed when done. Having to clicking the 3 dots next to the name then navigate to Close is also cumbersome.

  8. Streamline and simply the admin portal for small businesses please. I'm a restaurant and need only two lines with custom voice-messaging capability. With Covid, our hours have had to be quickly modified due to staffing issues and the like. I love how easy it is to customize the voice messaging, but to navigate the interface and then make sure it takes effect is cumbersome.   10. Avaya has a Crisis Mode in their existing on premise system that allows a Receptionist to see which extension dialed 911 within their organization. Would it be possible for RingCentral to enable this feature as well, please and thanks?

  11. RC on Mac. This is fairly standard across the web: enter text into a textboxpress cmd enterform posts to serverBut when I press enter or cmd enter in a text compose window it won't send. I have to move my hand off the keyboard to actually send. See attachment. No variation of the enter key that I have tried will actually "send" that message.

  12. Would like the ability to record a prompt for the Dial-by-Name directory. Use case is this:We are a non-profit who serves teachers.   14. I would like to see the Time Zone for the out-bound call I am making. The person is not in my contacts. Please consider implementing a Time Zone feature that includes the Time Zone (with Time) popping up on the dialer, for the prefix or area code entered before entering the rest of the phone number.   15. I'm a lawyer. I need to print my text conversations. Please add this feature. It is difficult for me to have to take screenshots of my conversations on a text with a client. Why not a feature where you click on a box next to a text or texts, then copy to clipboard or print or export to Word. It's that simple. I need this feature done please.

Cost analysis is very important for us and I would really like to see an analysis tool where we can access and create visualisations of usage/spend, estimated forcast and create custom charts based on spend by resource type (e.g. Standard DigitalLine or Live Reports), cost centre or site or where the name contains a pattern. Most other cloud services such as Azure, AWS and GCP have this, so it would be great to see RC implement something similar.It would also be great to be able to setup budgets (cost thresholds) and alerts that could email administrators when this is exceeded.e.g.…

  18. right now, you can only block a number to a specific employee extension/number. I would like a feature to do a company wide block of a specific incoming number. Going employee by employee takes too much time. Also, there is no way to block a caller from the main company number.

When my team is making outbound calls they have three direct number "call from numbers" this is causing a host of problems if employees don't remember to set their call from number to their actual direct number every time they're logging into the various Ring Central applications (i.e. Desktop App, web applications, salesforce integration or Mobile Phone application)

  20. A lot of users are complaining about having to remove a voicemail from the phone, and then having to delete the voicemail out of their email, and then having to remove voicemail off the phone if they check the voicemail through email.
