  2. When checking voicemail you have the ability to initiate a return phonecall, send a Ring Central Message and delete the voicemail. You can also do other options but not create a SMS Text message. The "Message" window is misleading and scammy because it doesn't initiate instant communication, rather, it's a marketing tool for the user to sell ringcentral to someone who doesn't have it already.   3. Have a tick box that will enable call recordings on all extensions when they are created.When creating new extensions the recordings are not enabled and the option to enable is a totally different menu, so this is usually forgotten.

  4. RC Mobile app defaults to company contact list for default contacts so you have to swipe multiple times to access your personal contacts. This becomes cumbersome if you are using ringcentral mobile app for most of your calls to your personal contacts. Suggestion is to allow users the option to select which account list they want the app to default to: Company, Guest, Personal, Teams, or Other

  9. Hello I am looking to find the busiest times of day for inbound calls to a specific cue. Can you help me find that report please?

  10. Include options to what happens an invalid key press is used in the IVR menus. Currently, the RingCentral system will attempt to route the user to the closest extension which is often an announcement only extension. If an IVR menu only has 1,2,3 key press options but the dialler presses 4 this should play a message to say that this is an invalid entry not route off somewhere unexpectedly.

  13. When making multiple calls in succession, the user can prepare for the next call so they just click one button after disconnecting the current call. We had this feature with our previous phone system and those who do lots of outgoing calls miss it.

  16. Currently functionality is limited to either receiving faxes via email notification attachment OR have them print physically by using a custom rule workaround to apply unconditional forwarding. We would like to have our business critical faxes in both physical printed form and digital dissemination at the time they are received.

  17. While this feature somehow comes and goes on the app because it worked for years and now all of a sudden it stopped working. Now when I use my work cell phone with the Ringcentral app to call a customer, the speakerphone button is grayed out and I can not use it until the phone call is connected. Our small company currently relies on Tasks in app.glip.com everyday to accomplish our daily responsibilities. We create a "Team" for every client we have. Sometimes the clients need a floorplan created, or an educational tutorial, or a bid for the job. We currently create the Tasks within the client's Team, but then organize the tasks by Section, such as "floorplan" or "education" or "proposal". The different sections helps us prioritize our tasks. We have call queues set up and when a call is waiting in a queue to speak with an employee, if that employee is logged into the queue but happens to be on a call, both parties on that call hear beeps.Our employees do not use physical phones.
