  1. Roles and Permission specific template only that only target Roles and Permission and not being included on the current template. Reason behind is the feeling of too much risk using the template that might affect all the accounts settings if it was not reviewed carefully. Having it separated will give customer peace of mind and confidence to change the Roles and Permission knowing it will only affect that specific key.

  4. This would allow for parents and students who send a text message after hours or on weekends to receive a message back that I am unavailable. This prevents students and parents feeling "ghosted" when they send a message after hours.

  5. Currently, every time someone logs into a hot desk phone, the phone is set to only ring 4 times or 20 seconds. Our call queues are set to ring much longer than that, but the phone doesn't continue to ring after that. It would be nice to have the ability to change the default hot desking call handling time to 15 rings/75 seconds or save the ring length from the last time the user is logged in rather than logging into the admin portal to change it every time.

  6. We are a small town radio station and we do contests and don't need the rollover feature when giving stuff away. There should be a way to shut off the rollover feature, so as to give a busy signal to our contestants.

  9. The request is to provide users the ability to block or redirect inbound calls coming from specific countries on a per-country basis, account-wide.
    Helpful additions to this request:
    - The customer to be able to specify where or how the inbound calls
    are addressed. For example, allowing them to route calls to a
    specific extension or "Play message and disconnect."
    - Have toggles in Service Web, similar to those used for defining
    what countries they can place outbound calls to.

  11. Currently we have the setting set to show the called number on the call queue but it is only working on a desk phone and RingCentral Phone App. Hoping we will also have this working using the RingCentral App

I'd like to submit as a feature request the ability to "shortcut" or have a dashboard perhaps at the top of the admin panel to turn on rules, as opposed to clicking many menus deep to to toggle one on. This would also be a great addition to the mobile app. A Rules shortcut tab that showed ALL your rules so you could turn them on quickly.

  14. we send code snippets via Ring Central messaging and used to have the ability to maintain formatting and spacing by adding[code] to the message. We would like that functionality back and included in messaging formating

  16. The ability to duplicate the default "all employee group" on GLIP would be nice for internal company-wide notifications that are of a different subject matter. Currently, we use the "all employee group" for IT issues only. If I want to create a separate group to notify everyone of events, for example, each user I want to contact must be input individually. This easily becomes an issue if your org has 100+ users and is hiring new people all the time (they'd need to be added on an ongoing basis, which is hard to maintain!).

  17. We use 3-digit office extension numbers. if you pause for a few seconds while direct-dialing another extension the call will time out. I want to be able to adjust the length of time to complete a 3-digit extension dial to 5, 10 and 15 seconds.

  18. IVR Menus can not be searched (unlike People and Queues can be) - please allow IVRs to be searchable in Dial Dialog.People might wish to forward a caller to an IVR Menu, instead of to a particular queue.

  20. When there is a new update available for the Windows RingCentral Phone app, it prompts the user to update it. If you have the app deployed using the ALLUSERS=1 switch, it will prompt for admin credentials to complete the update. It would be nice to be able to supply a configuration flag either in registry or while deploying (like SUPPRESSUPDATE=1) and then the user will not be prompted to update when one is available. This way, IT can install the app on their own machines without that flag set, and they will get the prompt. Then, they can retrieve the…
