Preserve groups and direct messages with off-boarded employees
Currently, if you disable/delete a user from the RC admin console, all conversations with this user disappear. This includes direct 1-on-1 communications, as well as ad hoc groups (not just their messages, but the whole group disappears). Often times, these groups contain pinned/bookmarked messages and attachments that are important.It would make more sense if the past employee's content was left intact, but their name/avatar/profile simply denotes their off-boarded status. A group shouldn't disappear until the last person in the group no longer has an account.

Disable Group Calendar Notifications
When I create an event on the calendar for a group, it automatically sends out a notification to the group chat that I have created an event. It overwhelms our group chat when I have 30 events that I'm creating in a month! I would like to be able to turn off the notifications to the chat. Everyone sees the event on the calendar anyway.

Event Calendar Repeat options
I would like more options for repeating events on the calendar. We have a bi-weekly meeting, but I have to manually create the event since the repeating options are only "every day, every weekday, every week, every month, every year."

Print out texts
It would be helpful to be able to print out texts, as I text my parents in order to have a record of exactly what was said.

Use same text to speech technology for custom voicemail greetings etc.
I have found that the IVR text to speech is useful and effective. It would be helpful if we could use this same text to speech function for other messages in RingCentral. Examples:Custom voicemail greetingsCustom connection messagesAnywhere that RingCentral allows you to record a custom message, those are places where text to speech would be useful

Separate field for name as well as fax number for outgoing faxes
This function was lost in the upgrade. We need this back to quickly sort our fax transmissions. We need the field of "fax number" along with "name" (name of recipient). After the upgrade, there is only one field for fax number available.

customize corporate directory
We would like the ability to customize the corporate directory. The default settings are not appropriate/correct for all our lines. For example:We have managers whose assistants screen their calls. They would like to not have their own extension listed but be able to list their assistant's extension under their name in the directory. Option to change Profile Picture to Default
I think there should be a way to remove your custom profile picture to the default image. The only way to do that now is to delete and re-create your extension. This is for RingCentral Meetings & RingCentral App.

Please remove disabled & deleted users from any call flows/ring groups
When an employee leaves our company, we disable and then delete their extension (per RC Admin training), effectively dropping the extension into the 'Unassigned Extensions' page/list. If the phone 'object' (GLIP, RC Phone, physical phone, etc) associated with that terminated user was added to any other extensions' call flow, the phone object is still listed in the call flows even after the associated user has been disabled & deleted. When we re-use that unassigned extension for a new employee, the associated phone object is still in all of the call flows that the terminated employee was in. RC support told…

Add badge alerts to the app wiget/icon on cell phones
This allows you to simply glance at the wigit & see if there is a voicemail. WhatsApp, Email, Messages all have this feature. It is better for efficiency & business flow. I would recommend that RC consider adding this feature.

Export List of Queue Members
It would be infinitely useful to have a feature where admins can export a list of all of their queues with their members. Have needed this multiple times but according to support the only way is to view each queue and copy the members out manually. This does not scale well. Hard to believe this doesn't exist.

Assign a ringtone to a number or group
Would like to have the ability to assign a unique ringtone to a specific ring group or to a specific inbound number. This will allow the user the ability to identify calls just buy the ringtone. Call Queue X has a unique ringtone assigned to it. For example, Call Queue X is a hotline and calls to this call group it would ring different than other calls. DND setting to INCLUDE notifications
This must've changed recently? I typically have my phone on DND 90% of the time (but want the flexibility to easily switch back-n-forth). I liked that I didn't get notifications on missed calls BUT voicemails would come through passively (as badge # on phone app or showing in desktop app). Recently I noticed that the phone app no longer passively shows voicemail notifications when in DND (unless I physically open the app).Please bring this setting back! Or allow customization with notifications in the different modes... Or make another versions of DND with voicemail/fax notifications on.Appreciate the ability to leave feedback!

Fax Outbound Caller ID number
the outbound fax number in transmission results should show the DID of the user NOT the main number to avoid confusion on the side of the sender

Add option for call queue to disable voicemail
Customer would want to have an option for call queue to disable voicemail just like a user extension have

Way to mark/list specific numbers as Masked
Currently, the only way to mask numbers is by creating a customized role for users and masking their numbers that way. Instead, there should be an option or a feature to list specific numbers as Masked rather than creating a role for it
