There should be a way to filter out a complete call in the detailed call logs.
While downloading the details ed call logs, we do get the proper distribution of the call life cycle but it is nearly impossible to filter out a specific call based on the call status with all of it's following results as well. It would be very helpful if there would be a column of call ID then the Action ID by which we would be able to filter out the specific calls and action.

Sharing Meeting Templates Among Office Users / Company-Wide
Feature request: Ability to share meeting templates (including polls) with coworkers and/or include meeting templates as part of the user setup template.Additional detail: We coordinate CPE for our users through RC meetings. Our regs require attendance polling questions every 15 minutes or so. These are the same questions used for every meeting. I'd love to be able to have our presenters (internal) select a template rather than having to manually enter the polling questions each time. I have an example template here: Meeting ID 145-642-4165

Allow Ring My Phone to be turned on/off by user with presence monitoring
Currently, if a user monitors multiple user's presence, there is only an option to turn on/off "ring my phone" for all users. It would be helpful to allow that setting to be turned on/off by monitored user. This would allow a user to see the status of users on their physical phone, but not have the phone ring for everyone they want to monitor status.So, I would want to have 10 users where I monitor presence, but only 5 of them I want their line to ring when their phone rings.

Detailed Call Log Information on the Desktop app.
If I use the computer app, I want to see where the call is coming from, what extension it is coming through. For example, on my phone app there is an small circle with an i in the middle that I can click on and it says To:864-772-3410 (me) for example. That's what I need to locate when using computer.

Survey option after phone call has ended
We use a hunt group within the Human Resources Department to answer Suez internal and external calls. We would like to employ a brief survey of questions after the call is completed to identify if their satisfaction level.

Add Defender firewall rules to the MSI version of RC App
Add firewall rules to the MSI version of RC AppOur Cornell users have been getting firewall popups that they consider frightening (see attached). This user reported this occurred after they had FIOS newly installed in their home last weekend. We are wondering if installation packages could include firewall settings appropriate for all network types users may encounter. At Cornell we centrally deploy the MSI version and our Desktop Support Team uses that to deploy and update versions on a campus-wide basis. They have noted that the package itself does not create the needed Defender firewall rules. They would prefer RingCentral…

Include Billing Details in the user report when exporting
The user list export only includes Cost Center name today. It would be helpful to include the Billing Details from the cost center in that report.

Allow for disable users for the GLIP Chat to be able to retain their settings and group chat they were assign to
I noticed when you disable a user, it automatically removed them from every group chat/team they were assigned to. I think it would be great for an employee/user we disable to retains the teams/group chat they were assign to. Example: Employee A leaves the company --> Company's IT disable them --> Company retains the ext --> new employee is hired and takes that ext --> once reactivated, they have access to the group chats/teams.

Allow Auto-Receptionist to transfer to specific numbers in extensions
I have an admin account that is for all official calls (non-customer related) and that extension has 5 phone numbers associated with it. It would be great if the receptionist could transfer to a certain number in the extension instead of just the extension itself and then tell me which number it is calling.

Would be good if call handling contacts didn't show under 'flip' menu for active call
Call handling', setup in the portal, is used for our call forwarding functionality. As such, when a user has PA number's added for call forwarding, they appear under the 'flip' menu when on a call, unfortunately, it doesn't work for flip.

Omit Fax Cover Page regardless of email subject line
Please add the functionality to omit a fax cover page regardless of the email subject line being blank or not. This is a problem for large-scale email to fax operations and is hindering our ability to fully migrate certain labs to the RingCentral Platform.

Voicemail Messages Retention Period
RingCentral Office voicemail recordings are retained indefinitely until deleted by the end user by one of three methods; RingCentral Service Portal, Google Chrome Extension, or by manually dialing into the voicemail box and deleting the message. Allow from a system administrator level the ability to set a new/old message retention period.

Customer would like to be able to Bulk Change IVR hours of operations, etc. settings for 500+ stores in RC Office.
Large Restaurant chain would like to have the option to bulk change the hours of operations, time of day, store hours, etc. in the RC Office IVR menu/settings.

HIPAA PHI (Protected Health Information) Clause needed on RC Coversheet
RC includes coversheets, one that says Confidential, but this DOES NOT fulfill HIPAA requirements. Also, the new RC app does not allow Custom Coversheet uploads which technically makes RC fax NOT HIPAA compliant unless you type a PHI statement with every fax...this is ridiculous. The Custom Coversheet feature is already on RC Phone (which you are retiring). ALL RC needs to do is add a PHI/HIPAA Clause to one of their Confidential Coversheets

Add a notes/description field to each user extension visable to only admins
I would like to have a notes/description field added to each user extension in service web that will allow any admin to make notes on the user. This should be visible to only user admins. For example, notes on why settings have been configured a certain way.
