AI Assistant - consolidate the number of times "AI is Taking Notes"
Currently if a customer calls in and speaks to multiple people due to being transferred between different team members the caller hears "AI is Taking Notes" each time they speak to someone new. I would suggest a means for the system to identify it's the same caller so they don't need to be told multiple times

Silent Monitor, Coach, Barge - Update prompt when user is already being monitored
Currently there is a limit that only one person can Silent Monitor a user at a time. When the second user tries to Silent Monitor the same person they get a prompt "you do not have access to this feature" which is the same message when a user doesn't have the set permission to monitor a particular user. This should be updated to something more accurate such as "user already being monitored, please try again later."

Have the capability to turn off the ringing notification for pick up calls during for pick up members when they are in an active phone call.

Allow incoming calls to follow user ring settings even when the desk phone is set to Do Not Disturb (DND).
Currently, when a user enables Do Not Disturb (DND) on their physical desk phone (hard phone), the RingCentral system automatically interprets the user as unavailable. As a result, all incoming calls are routed directly to voicemail, and the configured ring settings or call forwarding rules set in the Admin Portal → User Settings are not followed.
The requested enhancement is to provide an option or behavior where, even if the desk phone is set to DND, the system will still follow the user’s configured ring settings — such as ringing their mobile phone, softphone app, or other forwarding numbers —…

Forced hold when on call
Experiencing a reoccurring issue where sometimes calls will be forcefully placed on hold, and if you try to click the hold button to take the call off hold, it just puts the call right back on hold. Only temporary fix we've found is resetting app data.
