  6. It would be greatly beneficial for us to have the option to display the user’s direct number in the "Forwarded To" field of the call log when receiving calls through the RC App.

    Currently, when a user—who only uses the RC App—receives a call, the system defaults to showing the main number under "Forwarded To." This can lead to confusion and makes it difficult to identify the intended recipient directly.

    We believe having the ability to show the user’s direct number instead would greatly improve clarity and call tracking.

  7. RingCentral does not have the feature to stop reps from turning off the "Accept Queue Calls" button in their settings. When this gets toggled off in their settings their member status in the queue is then turned off. We would like to stop the reps from being able to do this and always have their member status turned on. This way the manger is the only one that can go in and turn them off from getting calls from certain call queues.

  8. We have a number of people who can do email to fax for a specific extension. As it is, when someone sends a fax via email, they do not get a notification of the fax transmission results. We do not want all of the email to fax users get all fax transmission results, just for the ones they send.

  9. I finally got they Poly phones plugged in at my remote restaurant. I have an IVR set up & I have all the prompts set up but I cant find where to set it to USE this menu when someone calls.
    the phone # for this remote restaurant is 317-548-0749. it should go to the IVR Menu called 3141 Menu. then if they press 3 it should ring the physical phone at the restaurant.

    Summary:

    caller dial the user number route call to IVR when caller press key press 3 it should route back the call to the number dialed…

  17. Request to add a feature that allows background music to play on the speakerphone only when it’s activated.
    The customer's previous phone system allowed background music to be activated by entering a code, playing continuously whether or not the phone was on a call. The customer would like to have similar functionality in RingCentral.

  19. It would be helpful to have the ability to assign a single shared audio file for the “If no one answers” voicemail greeting across multiple users or user groups.

    Currently, each user needs a unique recording — especially if their name is mentioned — which becomes impractical at scale. Allowing admins to upload one general message that applies to all (or selected) users would simplify system management and improve efficiency.
