  1. Is there a way to prevent call transfers on our ringcentral deskphones?
    I have a need to prevent a single phone from being able to transfer calls in our out to other lines.
    - we want to be able to enable/disable internal and external call transfer from our devices

  11. We have 3 extensions for the Site Ext. 6000. Those 3 are a member of the CQ Ext. 6080. We wanted when each member's direct number is dialed, it should forward the calls to the same CQ Ext. 6080.

  12. Looking for a way to flag and alert admins on instances where one agent is receiving or making phone calls to the same number in excess
    - looking to see if calls made in MAX agent/ Contact Center can be flagged to automatically alert admins or managers if the number of calls pass a threshold. example: Calls ANI/FROM: x Calls DNIS/TO: x
    example: agent makes x amount of outbound or internal calls to the same number x amount of times in x amount of minutes - e.g. 25 calls to the same number within 1 hour.

  13. Users asking to disable the the popout for notes and transcript when they dial a phone number

    • you can turn off the auto note taking but you cant stop the pop up box from appearing on the phone dialer pop out. it is annoying to close it on every call and have it constantly moving around the phone dialer pop out.
    • please make the feature able to be completely disabled including the auto pop out. for the users who want this minimized
    • some users may want the AI assistant for other areas of the app but not for the pop…

    Implement the ability to assign a direct inward dialing (DID) number or digital number to paging groups. This enhancement would allow users to initiate a page by dialing the assigned DID number, in addition to the existing method of dialing the extension.

    Benefits:

  17. Messaging notification on the account when someone send an SMS to the phone number assigned to the site is being sent to the operator of the main site.
