  1. We currently can change a number with digital/MVP license in the admin portal but not additional company numbers/direct numbers. It would be helpful to have the option to be able to change your additional local numbers in the online account instead of contacting customer service.

  6. with previous ring central layout users were able to view time stamp for each received/missed call .with new layout they can only see the date/day .To view timestamp they have to click on the call it self and then it displays the details . Is this something that can be reversed to the way it was ?screenshots attached .

  9. We have a small company and we use a call queue to field all calls coming in on our main number. If someone is on vacation and someone else is at lunch, we have only 1 person available on the phone. If they are on their line, there is no way to know if a call is coming in on the call queue. If we could list is on HUD, we could maybe see when another call is coming in.

  11. The account has 70 numbers that need to be assigned to Auto Receptionist and there is no option to select all. No other way just to have it assigned manually.

  12. Customer wants to have the option to use their Email instead of the voicemail box as their voicemail storage since the maximum limit of 200 is not enough for them and this would be a good idea for a company that receive a lot of voicemails.

If a RingCentral call is received while in a Focus mode, the RingCentral app can still vibrate and audibly ring the device.On Android, a user can allow the RingCentral app through Do Not Disturb.   17. Public Park Call to keep the Original Caller's Caller ID instead of the current behavior where the caller id of the original caller is being dropped. It's helpful for the recipient of the call to know where the call came from originally. Thanks!
