Customer wants to be able to see how many contacts she has in total on her desktop app.

Presence indicator on RingCentral app for desktop SMS part.
Need to have a presence indicator on the SMS section on the RingCentral app for desktop, similar to the one in the Messages part, where you can see if the person is available or on call. Hope you can fix it for SMS section.

Ability to Edit external number under call forwarding
From the User's Ring Settings, we have an option to add an external phone number to forward the call and we have an option to edit the number to change to a different one instead of deleting it and adding a new number. Now it is not available and we only have the option to delete it. It would be helpful to add the option to edit the external number on a call forwarding of a user.

Hide Cover Page Not in Use
We selected the desired cover sheet in the user template. Is there a way to prevent users from using other cover sheets? For example - we want classic to be the only cover sheet option available and prevent ancient from being used.

Forwarding all calls to a user B and transfer the call back on same extension who transferred the call.
All calls from user A will be forwarded to user B but user B will have the ability to transfer the call back to user A.

Call Parking
When we park calls to get information we continue to get other calls and have to refuse them to get back to the dial pad. Is there a way that we can hold or park a call and not get calls?

Put a label for recording/uploading greeting button
It's best to put a label to avoid confusion when we need to upload a customize greeting. Instead of just a red dot/button put a label that it says 'upload'.

I only sometimes get notifications from the phone app and frequently miss messages or texts I should be responding to. It would be nice if there were an app for Apple Watch as well so that the two could work together.

email to fax - multiple users need to be able to send from the same account
we have a shared email account and the business needs users to be be able to send email to fax from this account so we need the email address added to the "email address permitted to send faxes" for each user.

we get a lot of fax failed to send or busy - please set it so fax will continue try outbound until it successfully transmits

Client doesn't wanted to get the call notification if one of the extension he is monitoring gets a call. He just wanted to see the presence icon turns red if an extension is on a call.

Option to modify caller id information
When calls are being forwarded, on the caller id - it will read "forwarded from XX" before displaying the incoming caller id, we would like to have an option to remove the forwarded from XX information as it takes time before showing the name of the person show is actually calling.

The customer would want to have an option where they can automatically save received SMS/MMS that includes photos instead of having to download them one by one. Currently, their business requires sending and receiving pictures. It would be helpful for them to have a save button on the RingCentral App

Zero Dialing- Do nothing
On Zero dialing, Do Nothing is selected. When the caller presses 0, it should do nothing, it should not connect to the operator extension. Do nothing should disable the operator extension.
