Centralized Company Schedule Management
Our company’s operating schedule changes from time to time, and it would be extremely helpful to have a single, centralized section in the Admin Portal where administrators can update the company-wide business hours or schedule. Any changes made in this section should automatically apply across the entire organization, rather than requiring updates on multiple users, call queues, or locations individually.
Having a centralized schedule management feature would:
Improve administrative efficiency
Reduce configuration errors
Ensure consistent business-hour settings across all users and features
Make it easier to adapt quickly to schedule changes (holidays, temporary hours, special events, etc.)

Maximizing call queue wait settings
Maximize call queue wait settings. Let's say you do have 30 seconds on your wait settings, RingCentral needs to maximize that wait settings to finish call queues Welcome greeting, Waiting in queue music & Wait announcement before it routes the call to voicemail. What's happening is it's not following the behavior. Please consider this as an option.

Would like to have a workflow rule to be triggered when a caller hangs up while in an IVR Menu

There is an inconsistency in how the Caller ID name is displayed in the Caller ID dropdown between the Mobile App and the Desktop App.Current Behavior:

Customer is looking to see the audit trail show when an agent logs out. There is an ability to see when they login but to ensure folks are logged out prior to PTO would benefit greatly

Ability to change file type when downloading an attachment within RingCentral App
RingCentral app does not have a built-in feature to change the file type of an attachment during the download process. You can only download the file as the type it was sent, but it would be great to have an option to download an attachment (for Messaging) and choose which file type is suitable instead of using a file converter.

The system should automatically stop recording voicemail once it reaches a threshold of 3-5 minutes.
These more than 5 minutes voicemails are not being saved on the admin portal or RingCentral app, making customers miss important voicemail messages left without the ability to retrieve.

Request to add Scan-to-Email support using RingCentral servers. Printers currently require third-party SMTP services to email scanned documents. Providing a RingCentral-hosted SMTP or API-based scan-to-email solution would improve security, reduce external dependencies, and allow customers to keep document workflows fully within the RingCentral platform.
