  1. A customer recently inquired about how to delete a license within the Inventory and Licenses section. While guiding him to access the account menu, we noticed that the three-dot icon under action is not available corresponding the license section, indicating that a direct delete option might currently be unavailable.

    I explained that this limitation could be in place for security purposes, but the customer would find value in having the flexibility to delete licenses directly. Therefore, I’d like to request a feature enhancement to add a secure delete option for licenses in the Inventory section.

  2. We need option to listen live or check the recording of the entire call once the main number is dialed. Including the stage when they are listening to the prompt if the call is being routed to IVR prompt.

  9. Customer mentioned that they wanted an Arizona area code (408) phone numbers to be added on their account, but the original process is to have it added by the Telco Ops team which will need a replacement from their existing phone numbers. User declined this request.

    Can we have them add the phone numbers with area code preferred so they can just purchase it instead of replacing it with an existing phone numbers in their inventory?

  13. Stop multiple messages from just one number, for example when we communicate with this number, this number sends like 10 messages but one information like he will say "yes" on the text but will be sent like 10x, I want to stop that because the charges increase on our system.

  15. DELETE MULTIPLE CHAT MESSAGES - Chat Messages are limited to 60 messages per folder. It would be helpful if we could delete multiple chats at a time.

    This feature is available for voicemails, calls, & texts already!

  16. REDUCE WIDTH OF MESSAGE FOLDER/SIDE MENU - RC App (Desktop: Windows (x64) app.ringcentral.com)
    The Message Menu could be thinned by almost an inch, and smaller fonts can be used to increase the width of the Conversations on the right.
    I have multiple windows open on 2-monitors limiting my display area. The Message Menu hides if I reduce the width of the window to 9" or less. It would be nice if I could see the Message Menu AND the Conversations in Chat within a 6"-8.5" width window.

Unlike RingCentral Meeting, RingCentral Video (desktop version) can't display upcoming, scheduled meetings in the app without having configured the calendar integration with an external mail server (Exchange, Google Workspace or whatever...) This prevents the app to display the upcoming RCV meeting in case the calendar integration is not possible

  18. Unlike the RC meeting solution, RingCentral Video doesn't allow the user to automatically receive a security notification when someone enters his virtual room using the url meeting. However this feature is useful in case the user doesn't want to secure his virtual room with a password instead.
