Add to the call queue an announcement to tell callers what number they are in line and the estimated wait time. Something along the lines of "You are currently caller X in the queue and your estimated wait time is X minutes." Base this information off of current queue activity and average wait time before answer.

Fix your support phone-in IVR
Fix your support phone-in IVR.For months now it would never accept my PIN and I would have to wait for it to timeout to bypass to a live agent.Now it asks me if I want to "chat", goes silent, and just completely dead ends me. There is no PIN request and no bypass.I literally cannot call into support at all right now.

Connectors for Avaya Cloud Office to use with the Microsoft Power Suite
This would allow for more automatic integration between Microsoft Apps and Avaya. These would be for things like posting in chats/teams or creating Tasks, Events, and Meetings depending on data received from another source (a new email, data from a list, A button being pressed in a Power App etc.). This would allow more integration and build more reasons to use Ring Central Apps when already setup in the Microsoft Space

Voicemail setting should show up in desktop app when Voicemail Setting is selected in the Role
Desktop App > Settings > Phone > Voicemail ONLY shows up in the desktop app when Notifications is checked under User Settings in the assigned Role. It would make more sense for this to show up when Voicemail Settings is checked, as we have Notifications disabled on our standard role. This is a much more convenient way for users to edit their voicemail than having to log into the service portal.

List all phone queues for a specific person
As an administrator , I often get requests to find out what queue multiple staff are in. We have 162 queues and 969 staff so there is no easy way to gather this information.

Manually Activate open mode
In the older days, phone systems would have a hot button programmed on the desk phone that you could touch that would either put your phone system into "closed" mode or "wake up" "open" mode. This manual bypass would allow you to activate normal operations without having to go in and program special hours, for those occasional holidays or special days you open outside of normal schedules. I would also like to see an audit trail in the call logs of who is accessing someone's recording as well as who downloaded it.. I think this would be beneficial for companies that have to deal with confidential information like health and financial organizations in order to stay within the laws and guidelines surrounding this information (HIPAA, etc).

Make Mobile Phone App compatible with Blue Tooth Hearing Aids.
My boss has blue tooth hearing aids that are compatible with his iPhone, but the Ring Central App does not recognize the Hearing Aids as a BlueTooth device. Does the App, when working on an iPhone, have blue tooth capability? What blue tooth products, i.e,. AirBuds, BlueTooth Hearing Aids, etc., are campatible with the Ring Central Mobile App?

Add the capability to input the "To", "Company" & "Phone No" to all fax coversheets.
When sending a fax, although there are the fields of To, Company & Phone No., there appears to be no way to add that informaiton of the Fax Coversheet. Yet it asks for the fax number and which coversheet you want to use, along with being able to add a note, but nowhere does it allow you to add the recepient's name, company name or phone number you are sending the fax to, or the company name or phone number. I find that so odd since the To and Company are primary in any fax coversheet.

Centralized Contact List for all the extentions
Can we have a centralized contact list where all of our contacts can be accessed by different extensions. What we have now is if I'll add a contact my team mates can't see it. They have to ask me for the details and in the event that I am out of office it'll be hard for them to reach that contact without me. If only, we have the option to see all the contacts all across extensions that'll be great!

RC Phone: Call forwarding rule based on a monthly calendar view
Please add an option to forward calls in Ring Central Phone based on a monthly calendar view. ...so at a glance of a calendar month you can see which member calls will be forwarded to, and easily change it when needed. For example, see in attached how we have 3 different members (Andres, Dan & Paul) on call throughout the month of July? Please add an option to make forwarding rules based on that. Many thanks!!
