  2. We don't want popup notifications when every call is placed on Park. This feature began on 6/15 when HUD went from Beta to Live. We want to be able to customize/set our popup notifications so we can control which and when we receive messages, phone calls, etc.

  3. right now we have a custom rule for it but i have to create it manually every month .what i suggest is an option where calls are forwarded to a cell every week it changes but effective for a year not just a rule for a month

  4. Please make an option to run ring central minimized on start. It is more than annoying to have to see it load on the main screen every day. No other startup program does this and it does not help promote your product - it is a huge negative .

I have about 300 conversations/teams/etc in the left panel so I obviously ALWAYS have the 'Show Unread' on since scrolling through that long list is horribly inefficient.However, there are 4 or 5 conversations that I would want to pin to the top and have them always visible even if there are no unread messages in them. These are the conversations that I need to look at multiple times per day, so I either have to search for them or turn off the 'show unread' and then find them manually. It's really inefficient.   8. I think the subject line says it all. Faxing is antiquated and we don't use it. It came with Ring Central and all that I ever get on there is spam. I don't advertise a fax number and don't want it.

  9. You don't need to alert me to a "missed" call for those I intentionally sent to voicemail. Or at least give me a toggle that lets me choose if I want it to be listed as such.

  10. When enabling the Mobile App, the user can specify from "0 Rings / 0 Seconds" to "15 Rings / 75 Seconds". Why is there another default option for "Always ring for at least 30 seconds before forwarding is completed"? Currently this feature is giving us lots of problems. Every few days, we have users complaining that their mobile phone ringtones are delayed (they picked up on the 1st ring but the caller said the call already rang 4 times) and their desktop phone never rang although both should ring simultaneously because we always set our mobile users to "0 Rings…

  11. Some of our users have multiple lines and multiple phones. Have more than 1 Polycom phone active at the same time seem to give us problems where few percent of the call gets dropped at 1 or 2 seconds. When we start disable 1 and enable the other, the problem goes away. However when we disable and enable a line on the web portal, it retains whatever the previous setting of 8 Rings / 40 seconds. But If we disable and enable a line on the mobile app, it changes the line to 4 Rings / 20 seconds. 4 Rings…

  12. We, Driving Force, do not have land lines at some of our locations and exclusively use the RingCentral app on desktop and/or mobile devices. Looking for a method to alert personnel in specific buildings (i.e., only alert those in a building that is exposed to fire or other hazard and not all company buildings). In previous "land line" scenarios, a predetermined number (e.g., 5555) was dialed which in turn triggered an audible alarm and alerted personnel to proceed to the muster point.   15. On the RC Phone app, you can type in a user's name or extension number on the dialpad and you can then immediately see their status (Busy, Available, On Call etc). Their status would also appear when you can to transfer calls.For some reason this isn't available on the RingCentral app. Can it be added please?

At work probably 1 in 20 calls on my phone is actually for me.I'm in a call group called Support and I only answer those if they ring for 1 minute or more (as that amount of time means the support team are busy).As the majority of calls that ring on my phone are for support, when I'm engrossed in work and the phone rings, I don't even look at the phone screen unless it's rung for a minute or more, but by doing that, I miss internal/direct dial calls to my phone where people hang up after 10-15 seconds.It…

  17. As per Yealink engineer, softkey layout of the phone is the special design of RingCentral, which cannot not be changed. There were customer prefers to have option to customize it themselves.
