  2. I monitor and manage 4 voicemail boxes for my organization (my personal box, my department's Call Queue box, and two Message-Only Extension boxes). At the moment, to check those boxes for voicemails, I have to log into the app to check my personal voicemails, then I have to switch over to the website and login there to check the Call Queue voicemail and the Message-Only Extension voicemails - which are located in two different folders.   6. We called support to change our caller ID to our new DBA, and we were told 800 number caller ID can not be changed. This is important since companies can have multiple DBAs. It should be easy process.

  7. The SMS feature on the Ring Central App and Destock versions should support receiving 2 factor authentication texts from different sites/carriers/etc. Most login features now require 2FA. In our office currently, my colleagues and I constantly have to get a 2FA from someone else in the office because we have to use our own cell phone line numbers. If one person is busy or unreachable, then we cannot access that account/site/etc. Having this feature available through your SMS service would be incredibly useful and would make office life far more efficient. Please add ASAP.

  10. Currently when the customer adds a new user to a cost center, if there are no licenses allocated to that cost center the customer ends up purchasing a new license. With cost centers enabled the customer must take the extra step of moving licenses around to ensure they are not unintentially purchasing additional licenses. The idea is to allow an admin adding new users to a child cost center the ability to use an available license from the parent cost center.

  11. This would be useful for people who make test calls on their lines to hear the voicemail. It would be great to have the option to decline where the call does not come back right away after declining it. Allowing for a different call to come in. The ignore button just stops the call for a brief second and it reappears.

  12. I think it would be helpful to provide a feature that requires caller input for suspected robocalls. This way a live party on the line could press an option to be directed to the main menu. If no input is received, then filter as a robocall.

The voice-to-text transcription is not perfectly reliable as it is, and it would be easier to share voicemails among coworkers if there wasn't the additional step of having to download the .wav file and attaching it to an email. If that .wav file were attached to the notification email, it would be an improvement.

Add an option to allow all incoming calls to a call queue to ring to all queue members without taking into account the user status, as it happens with direct calls. This option would allow call members to manage multiple calls without requiring to capture other queue members incoming calls while someone is already in a call.

  20. This configuration would allow to have multiple extensions receiving all calls without taking into consideration the status of the users. With this behaviour, multiple users will received all incoming calls even if they are already in a call, allowing operators to respond to multiple calls without the need to capture another's operator call, which is what is happening when we use a call queues.
