Include Extension in All calls history
At least for outgoing calls. Not much value having just the number in the history when you still need to look up the extension for a call back. Also, you can't determine the time and duration for a particular call, if you don't know the associated extension. My old desk phone could do this.

Pull Job Title and Department fields from Active Directory
When we assign users to a number there are fields for Job Title and department. We have been filling this out when setting up new users but have realised that this is causing data duplication. Is there a way we can get these fields pulled from the Active directory user that is already set up before we assign them a number. I know that our users use Microsoft Single Sign-on to sign into RC so the link to O365 is already established. We use Azure AD so if the link to O365 is there then it shouldn't a stretch to…

Conference invites in E.164 format
When scheduling a conference from the web portal it produces based on the home country invites in a non E.164 format. Which is causing issues when international attendees are trying to attend a conference - as they are not aware of the country code to to dial as a prefix. As a result, participants won't be able to join the conference.

Allow intercom to be used with presence - will allow intercom to work without entering extension number
For larger organizations, it is impossible to remember everyone's extension. For transferring calls, we can simply press the button for the user we wish to transfer the call to, and with presence it will blind transfer to that user. This way we only need the name of who we are transferring to, not the extension.However, with intercom we must know the extension. That is impossible if you have more than a few extensions. Easy Way to Add All Users to a Team or Teams Based On Attributes
Any new hire has to be added manually to team channels. It would be great to be able to make "default" team channels" for all staff upon account creation so that when they join, those channels are there already. Or for example, since we have multiple offices, adding default team channels based on an attribute like state or office location would be awesome

Allow Call Answer | Ignore | Send to VM from Notification of RC App
This functionality is missing from the full RC App that the RC Phone for Desktop App has. It is vital for those who work in the Remote Desktop environment to easily access these functions. Currently, the notification does not allow interaction and we are required to minimize the RD to get to the app and answer the call.

Bring Back the Missed Chat Message Preview that arrives in Email. This was recently removed
The Email Digest that gets sent when we used to miss a chat message would display the chat message contents in the email. This was recently changed. Now their is only a Reply fuction but I have no idea what I am replying to.Having this feature helps when we are out of office or in meetings and need to respond.We do not want to install RC apps on our personal cell phones.

Ability to disable Ringout Feature for users
Customer have asked for the ability to disable RINGOUT for users who users cannot ask the system to call their mobile first before making the call. This is to ensure certain users are using the system as customer see as "Proper" and "Unnessasary"

We have 2 lines, would like it if the contacts carried over to both accounts so I can dial out and have the contact info available.
Because when I use my 2nd line to dial out so that my main line is open for incoming calls I have to look up the client and get their number or double enter all of our clients into both accounts, lot of extra time and work .

Ability to Login/Logout from Call Queues on Desktop Phones
The majority of ACO customers are coming from an Avaya IP Office system, that is feature rich and very flexible, most requests we can overcome on ACO, but the ability to login / logout from Call Queues via Avaya J100 Series phones is one that we cannot overcome. Integrate Admin Portal with Support Portal so Admins can create a support case/ticket from 1 portal
Currently, having to log into a separate portal to submit or create/view a ticket is an extra step that adds time to go from 1 portal to the other to troubleshoot issues or follow up on tickets with RC.

Different Ringtones for Extensions and Numbers
Would be great when someone dials the general company line and for instance presses 1 for Sales vs. if someone dials your number or extension directly for the ringtones to be different. This way when receiving the call I can tell if it is a general sales lead calling the company or someone trying to reach me directly and answer the call accordingly.

Download ALL Extension Types in a single download file
Add the ability to download ALL extension types in a single download file. This is useful to understand ALL of the assigned extensions and their purpose. Being that we are an Enterprise account, we use ranges of extensions for different purposes and it is difficult to see what ranges are being used outside of the normal user extensions.

Have option to remove oneself from call queue members instantly without using do not disturb status
Whenever I ignore a call on this app, I keep receiving the call for about 3-4 times before it stops. I would like to keep simultaneous ring on all call queue members. I would like to have an option to not receive calls without using do "do not disturb" or logging out from the app.
