  1. Prevent logins from IP addresses that are located in certain geographic locations. For instance, give the company the ability to restrict countries or regions of the world where they do not have a presence. This would provide additional security beyond 2 factor authentication.

  2. Customer would like to be able to add in a reason code at the end of a call in order to know which phone calls to charge back to a particular client. Similar to dispositions and tags within the Contact Centre. Use case is for a recruitment firm who make lots of recruitment calls on behalf of their customers. Each call that they make they would like to be able to add a code to it so that they can run a report and show how many calls to charge back to the customer.

  5. We need the ability to control the notification sound you get in the RingCentral app when a call gets parked. Currently, we have no control over it as it is tied to the "Direct messages" notification setting. If you change the Direct message notification sound, the parked call sound also switches over to that sound. It is very annoying as it makes you think you are getting a direct message every time a call gets parked. Ultimately, I would like to be able to disable the parked call notification all together.   8. managing text and voicemail messages in the app is seriously lacking any features other than Delete! No archive or folder management. We need to be able to mark messages for follow-up, etc. Folders alone would allow this.

  13. As a USER of RingCentral Service Web, we have a number of users who are colour blind. If a user has Achromatopsia this means most, if not all graphics are impossible to read. We can easily resolve this by using a similar process on Service Web and the RingCentral App, by using textures as well as colours. For example. Green Dots.   16. Our receptionist uses a desk phone with sidecars. We're a small company with only about 70 extensions, so we are able to have a button on the phone or on a sidecar for every extension. It is a multi-step process with this system, from a desk phone, to transfer a call directly to someone's voice mail (not to their extension, but to their voice mail).   19. Our instituion uses the non-update version of RC App for distribution via automated channels to our users desktops. These versions are apparently still maintained, but now we have to request RC staff provide us copies since the downloads.html no longer provides these version.This is inhibiting speedy roll out of new versions, such as 22.1.4 that RC explicitly emailed our team saying it needs ASAP deployment to match new features like Location Awareness.
