    Your idea: be able to transfer/do call pick up for devices under a single user extension

    Which Product is this Request For?:Telus

    Detail: currently the account only has 1 user extension and they have 2 yealink devices with individual digital lines
    -they are not able to transfer the call or pick up an existing call received from either phone
    -they have a reception phone and the other phone is located elsewhere

    Who will be using this feature: staff who are answering calls from those phones

    They need the feature so that they can transfer or pick up…

  2. I mostly use the Text page, and I wish there were a way to customize my settings so that RC would automatically open to Text instead of Message. Message seems to be the default, so I just waste a few seconds every morning clicking over to Text.

  3. Both internal and external calls are recorded if the account's ACR is enabled.There are some users who prefer not to record their internal calls and just want to record their calls to external(non-RC numbers).

  4. There are a few people who are very soft spoken and it's hard to hear them when they talk on the phone (either with a hard phone or softphone/desktop). Is there any way that we can increase the volume for certain users so that their voice is boosted and the people on the other end can hear them better?

  8. Do to Medicare regulations we have to say certain things on every sales call. I would like to have a message played after 45 seconds, so people don't hang up when the message is played before I introduce my self.

Adding phone order information such as order date and tracking information to phones and devices tab in admin portal so that admins and super admins can easily search the device and find ordering information. When in admin web, being able to search the device by phone system > phones and devices > finding the device with a serial number and selecting the device, it should then display the order information there. It seems difficult to find the day that the device was placed within billing, find the device, then search for the tracking number.

In the RC App on Windows (and the webpage, which is the same thing anyhow), why under 'All voicemail' do some voicemails have:1) The delete 'garbage can' icon is the second icon?2) The delete icon is the THIRD icon?3) The delete icon is literally behind the 'three dots'4) the 'Mark as Read' icon is ALWAYS behind 'three dots'.Nearly every voicemail is desireable to process either as a DELETE or MARK AS READ since it's already transcribed, and we're clearing things out.   12. With the 22.3 release of "Custom Key Layout Support for Mitel and Poly phones", additional features are available that can be selected under Presence Keys. One of these is an intercom feature (which simply speed dials *85). Unfortunately, users cannot include the actual extension that they want to program onto the phone, thus forcing them to try and remember extension numbers. This requested feature can be prevalent within the smaller Healthcare, Education, Manufacturing, FinServ and Retail spaces.

  13. As attorneys, we must prove to the court a fax was submitted to the opposing party or attorney especially when the opposing attorney says they never received it. This is very critical when it comes to denial and statute of limitations as the timeline goes. At that time we need to find the proof that the fax was submitted and attach proof from the system that it was sent with a copy of the fax.Your current system does not support this.   14. We use our Ring Central Conference Call number extensively, but I am unable to tell who (what phone number) is actually in attendance and for how long. This would be a great feature to help me manage my operation.

  15. We would like to be able to customize the conference call number's greeting. The default greeting tells participants to "Please announce yourself". This becomes very disruptive when a person arrives late. That greeting also does not address the instructions that we would like a participant to know before entering the meeting.

  17. We need the ability to setup auto replies to texts messages. As a busines owner and consultant I want to be able to setup an autoreply so people know to call or email our support number to avoid delays in receiving help.

We would like a feature that would allow users to add another user to a call so they can listen in only, but only on an on-demand basis, rather than a call monitoring group that allows every call to be listened to. This would be useful so that we could have new employees listen in to a call of a more senior rep for training purposes on an individual call basis and doesn't require permissions to be constantly adjusted.

  20. -This is useful for admins to forcibly logout users from their shared app/extension-Some Clients have their users(floating agents) share extension logins and would definitely help to log-off users who forgot to sign out from their respective apps
