  1. The request is for an additional field in the 'Select Number' form with the Site displayed, as it will help when admins are deleting/adding users to various sites. Currently the only way to do this is to refer to the Inventory, find a number, write it down and then search for it under Add User.

By default, the "Send Group Text" option is selected and you have to turn it off so that you don't send a group text.Please add ability to change the setting so that "Send Group Text" is NOT selected by default.Yesterday I accidentally sent out a group text when I didn’t mean to, because that checkbox was checked automatically and I forgot to uncheck it. I don’t like that, since I never send group texts and don't want to have to remember to turn the setting off.Thanks

  3. It would be beneficial to expand on options for incoming calls to Call Queues and Ring Groups. Having the ability to choose between simultaneous and fixed orders are good. But could we get options for circular? This would be where if Person 1 and Person 2 do not answer, then Person 3 does, then the next call, would start with Person 3, then Person, 4, Person 1, Person 2. This would be helpful for queues/groups that require quick answering.Having an option for Uniform would be helpful as well. If Person 2 answers the call, then they should automatically be on…

  4. The end user is having problems with the call failing because they do not dial fast enough. We attempted manual provisioning but, this will take too long in the future if we make any changes. Because we will have to touch every phone, every time.

  7. Android's dual messenger function allows you to run multiple instances of the same app simultaneously on one device. This allows you to be signed in to multiple accounts, or in this instance, multiple extensions, at the same time on the same device. The reason that I find this potentially helpful is because I am not able to receive messages(sent to our main number) while I am logged into my personal extension on the app.

Currently, SMS and fax email notifications for non-assigned/non-direct telephone numbers are emailed to the email address that is set in the RingCentral operator extension.The only way to redirect those email notifications is to change the email addresses used by the operator's extension, or to add a specific extension to unassigned or non-direct (i.e. auto-attendant) telephone numbers. Both of these options are not ideal, as the operator may be using the extension and requires their own email address to remain the same for email notifications for SMSes and faxes sent to their specific extension, and also extensions would need to be…

  11. It would be extremely helpful to have the call queue set up so co-workers with only the desktop app (no physical phones) can have calls forwarded to them from a specific extension. That way, if an employee is busy and needs help with phone calls, then a co-worker can pitch in and have calls forwarded to them. For example (names and extensions made up), both Nick and Joe only use the desktop app and do not have physical phones, but Nick at extension 123 needs help with his phone calls.   12. We have run into issues when one deskphone in a ring group is unplugged for one reason or another and the ring group stops working correctly. The inbound call rings for maybe half a ring and then hangs up on the caller.We have also run into issues when a user within a ring group forwards their deskphone to another deskphone. When this happens all calls to that ring group only rings the deskphone on the receiving end of the call forward.Other phones systems that I have worked with have a complete separation of the ring group and the endpoints.   14. When I click a web link, RingCentral isn't on the list of available phone apps by default in Chrome, Edge, IE. Firefox allows you to pick a program from Windows file explorer, but the other 3 don't, they just provide a static list.RC should ask to be set as the default phone link handler and update whatever registry value necessary, or at the least it should add itself to the potential program list to handle

  16. For offices that use Ring Central for scheduling customers/confirming appointments, it would be great to be able to write out a text and have it scheduled to send on x day at x time. For example, if I wanted to tell Susan that her vet appointment is scheduled for 2:00pm on Wednesday, then I want it to send a prewritten text on Monday so that she can respond to confirm the appointment. ALSO, the support team has a hard time understanding my questions, and has been little or "NO HELP" what-so-ever!
