  1. Business impacting high and critical severity SBC/gateway alarms should be integrated with RC portal to take proactive action and to minimise the outage.From customer stand point, alarm integration would also help to segregate the issue on timely manner.

  3. We have two call queues that our internal help desk can be a part of. There is a feature to allow the queue members to select which queue they want to take calls for. This currently only applies to the mobile app, however my team uses the desktop app exclusively.

  4. I have been searching high and low. We have Acuity and there is only a Zapier type of thing but it doesn't do anything to help. This is HUGE Zoom integrate with all Calendar apps.

  6. There needs to be a smoother way to switch over a free account to a paid one. We had some employees that have free guest accounts to be able to chat with our teams. We now wanted/needed to get more numbers we added 2 numbers and was not able to add the users because the email address was already being used on the free account/guest account. In the free/guest account profile there is no option to delete this account to simply to resolve this problem quickly and easy within the same day. The support had to submit a ticket to…

  7. We use paging groups to unlock doors in the building. We have SIP relays connected to the doors. If a visitor calls from the entrance, once we disconnect the intercom, we dial *84 and then 14 to unlock the lobby door. If we could have the paging groups in the RC app, we could click the paging group and unlock the door from either the desktop or mobile app. Paging groups don't show up in the new software, but they did in the legacy software?

I called help desk looking for a way to store numbers in phone book that include a phone number followed by a pause and then followed by additional digits. such as how I have my conference bridge stored in my cell phone address book. The help desk advised they were not able to provide a solution.

  10. In the "All Calls" section, having a transferred calls section would be helpful. I answer incoming calls. Knowing what I have done with that call would be nice. I have to keep a monthly call log on paper as to who I transferred it to, if I hung up because it was a dead or sales call, wrong number, etc. In a perfect world I could type in an extension and see how many calls I transferred to that particular extension.

  11. The calls currently ring over any calls I am on and I can't make it stop if I want my customers to be forwarded. I can only select send to voicemail.

  12. Roles and Permission specific template only that only target Roles and Permission and not being included on the current template. Reason behind is the feeling of too much risk using the template that might affect all the accounts settings if it was not reviewed carefully. Having it separated will give customer peace of mind and confidence to change the Roles and Permission knowing it will only affect that specific key.

  13. You have a feature for, what you call, Integrated Calling. You can see it from here.https://support.ringcentral.com/article/9126.html#ReceiveIncomingCallIn that link you state that it can be disabled so that the user does not have to see the Ring Central call on their native call app history, but the user can still have the Ring Central app installed to make and recieve calls.   14. Our current set up on the desk phone allows us to call those employees set up our presence feature. There should be an option to change the settings so that instead of calling the user via one button press it instead intercoms that person.

  15. Currently, when setting our desk phones to DND only the user can see the DND status. Other employees cannot see the DND status set. Need an update so everyone in the organization is on the same page as to who is or isn't available

    Currently, as the host of a conference call you are able to remove participants from the call. The functionality to remove yourself as the host from the call and the call still remain active is being developed. Planned release Q2 2024.
  17. Admin ability to disable Calendar sync option in the RC App. Customers that utilize O365 or G-Suite need to ability to disable the the calendar service that they are not utilizing. This would close a security gap for Enterprise customers that do not want users to able to add their personal calendars to the RC App

  20. Currently, every time someone logs into a hot desk phone, the phone is set to only ring 4 times or 20 seconds. Our call queues are set to ring much longer than that, but the phone doesn't continue to ring after that. It would be nice to have the ability to change the default hot desking call handling time to 15 rings/75 seconds or save the ring length from the last time the user is logged in rather than logging into the admin portal to change it every time.
