  2. Problem: Today, there is no way to test RingCentral 911 notifications for a company's emergency response teams. To validate they are working and that the message content is accurate, we ask that they dial 911. This makes customers feel uncomfortable and puts an unnecessary burden on 911 operators.Added context: Today, we offer customers a way to validate the e911 address and registration status associated with each endpoint.   4. We have some users that need to be able to accept longer voicemails (in particular our help desk that needs people to be able to record detailed descriptions of their problem). It would be useful to us to allow for at least certain users to be able to accept longer voicemails.

  5. It would be useful so that you can forward a voicemail message to another user. From the App you would click on the phone icon, all voicemail, click on the three dots, and then there would be a forward option, and you could forward it to another extension.If you were to call in and check your voicemail, you could forward from the IVR and add a message, similar to a supervised call transfer, but this would be a supervised voicemail message transfer.

  10. If we had an option on the IVR designer to play just an audio file then we could place that before a menu so that pressing # or * replays the menu but not the greeting. For example, audio file played when call is answered says "Hello and thank you for calling XYZ", the following menu then routes to departments. If the callers selects to replay the menu they do not have to hear "Thank you for calling xyz", which is just untidy.   12. Add a way to easily tell what call groups, etc. a User is configured for. That way, if a user is leaving the company, it is easier to see what call groups will be impacted. We do not want to have to go through each Call Group when a user leaves to see if they are in the call group or not.

  17. we have multiple office locations. 2 of us have multiple extensions. we need to be able to assign the same work email address to both extensions. Now we are having to use personal email addresses to make ringcentral work. This is no longer convenient for us. we need to be able to assign the same email address to multiple extensions. it is not convenient to move the phones as frequently as we move back and forth between locations.

  18. Currently the "number of rings before trying next member" options jump from 1 to 2 to 5 minuets. It would be helpful to have the choice of 3 and 4 minutes as well. Currently "maximum caller wait time in queue" options jump from 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, or 15 minutes. Please add 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, and 14 minute options.The reason this would be more helpful:It would allow for more flexibility of ring and wait times.

  19. We would like to have email notifications from call queue voice mail go to specific teams created in Glip. We have set this up, but the email does not post to the Glip team. It appears to be a mail handling issue. Please fix this.

  20. Hello - in the app on the computer in the message section my circle with my initials was Red and my business partner was green. Then one day the app made us both blue. I called to have it changed back and they said the system generates the colors and they can't be changed. Our conversations now are very hard to read through as we both now show in blue so we have to pay attention to what they initials are. It may sound trivial, but it is a pain now.
