  1. We would like to be able to flag/mark previously recorded call logs, and to also have the ability to include a short description pertaining to the call. This would make for easy reference should the call be needed in the future for any purpose, saving time in know which call is which.

Currently to see your company's E911 settings you must check each user and it's 2 or three clicks into each user's profile to see what the E911 settings are.Ring Central is sending emails to remind admins to keep this up to date, however even for a fairly small company checking what the current settings are is cumbersome.Please provide a report that might show by location the users/extensions at that location. Perhaps an advancement on this would be to include a flag to filter out non-Company owned addresses so you're not reviewing individual's home addresses

Please add a share option on that where the user can share his file from the RingCentral app to other applications i am using RingCentral for a long time but when i want to send a file from the RingCentral app to other applications like WhatsApp, so I have to download it first and then send it, this application has limited us only to our environment as compared to other applications.

  11. In my unit, we are constantly at our desks and then away taking orders, then talking with builders. Adding a keyboard command to put the app in the Not Available mode would be very beneficial

  12. I cannot use the app features on my android device when someone is calling me. I cannot always answer every call and sometimes would like to turn off queue calls while inbound calls are coming in. I have to wait between calls to change settings or access messages.

  13. Please re-enable the playback variable speed feature with the new ring central platform. Previously, you could listen to a meeting at 1x, 1.5x and 2.0x speeds. This is time-saving, when meetings are 2.5 hours long.

  14. Every time a user parks a call, the entire office gets notified. This is confusing as it implies that the call is parked for them to pick up. Users do not need to be notified when a call is parked.

We have some associates who need to get in touch with contractors (for example) who will not be setup in RingCentral but we would like anyone in the company to be able to search for them in the search bar and call them, instead of everyone having to add the person individually to their own contacts to do this. It would also be handy to add universal business contacts for vendors we use.

  16. Currently, when a call comes into our main line, the caller ID is shown. This is extremely helpful when receiving a call. However, if the call is received by a receptionist (or the wrong person) and is immediately forwarded to another extention, the original caller ID is lost and replaced by the receptionists extention name/number. The original caller ID is now lost, meaning the name and/or number of the original caller is gone from view. It would be extremely helpfull to keep the original caller ID on a simple transfer.

  19. On RC Classic: When you open a task to edit it, you can press and hold the corner button that allows you to expand the field. This feature is missing in the new app.Why it's useful: When you have a lot more information to add to a task than just a few sentences, it becomes tedious to scroll through a tiny window to see what I was typing. Also, when editing, part of the text is simply cut off and disappears if you save the task. This is very inconvenient and interferes with work. Please fix this bug.
