  1. this is currently not a feature for ring central for any of the ring central product lines. I work in an outpatient community clinic . it would be very helpful so that clients are aware when they text if provider is away from office or off work. this way they don't have to wait for response and be able to contact someone else for faster service. please update me if this is possible in the future. thanks!

  2. The accept and end call buttons on headsets don't work with the mobile app. These also don't work with a car Bluetooth connection making hands free operation impossible

  4. I would like to be able to give access to my users so that they can reset their PIN or make changes that are allowed within User Details of their extension while simultaneously blocking fields of my choice within that extension.

  5. We provide links for our clients to send out to their own clients. It will be very useful to send a quick short and professional button that will take them to their website same as they do through email.

  6. Customers receive email notifications from RingCentral requesting that Users change their Passwords, PINs and Security Questions. Unfortunately, there is not currently a method where Super Admins (or similar) can force these Password, PIN and Security Question "resets" upon their Users.

  7. We have new Yealink T57W Prime Business Phoneand we cannot make them display that there are new messages waiting. Ideally I would like to have displayed how many new messages are left in the voicemail and how many messages have been checked/heard. Can anyone suggest a solution?

  8. We need the ability to set up "out of office" for messages and text messages. If someone calls me, they know I am out of the office. If they text me, however, there us no way to set up an auto reply so the know I am gone and will respond when I return.

We run multiple business endeavors between my wife and I and we would find it helpful if we could log into multiple "phones" at the same time, similar to how multiple e-mail addresses can be accessed from a single email client. This would allow us to be able to "switch phones" right in the app, so that when I'm done with a call for my business, I can return a call from my wife's business without having to log out and log back in again.

  11. You can already get email notifications for incoming texts, and this is great because it lets you archive that communication the same way you would an email. But unlike standard emails, you only get one side of the conversation, because outgoing text messages cannot be saved like an email. Having the option to receive copies of outgoing texts would let the records be more comprehensive, and would let other employees have a record of the conversation.

  12. If a user sends a 'SMS' by selecting a Company contact from Text widget it should send out the SMS gateway and provide archiving as normal personal contact. We need this feature to ensure proper compliance of any texting. Or allow Admin to remove Company contact as option when doing SMS messaging

  13. In a queue, it detects that member as busy when engaged on a call. This doesn't enable them to receive call, unlike in call forwarding that has the ability to receive calls in all platform

  14. Just imagine how our customers feel when they calling us and they constantly going to voicemail. Are they getting what they want ? Doubtfully. What are they thinking about our company? Lazy to pickup the phone or what ?-probably.If your desk phone created with 10 lines for incoming calls to take - that's for a reason.   15. the "office@hand Phone" app allowed the user to send a fax by either choosing a file to attach or scanning the document dirctly into the body of the message. The new "At&T office@hand" does not give the option to scan directy for the fax. this basicly makes it an email. The option to scan directly to the fax is needed to simplify the process.

  17. We would like to have an option to prevent phones/numbers in our company from calling non toll-free numbers because none of our employees have a need to call non toll-free numbers and not even having the option to call non toll-free numbers would be a good way to prevent PBX hacks

  18. Our agents are on queue calls, but they get spam calls directly to their direct phone numbers. This confuses them, as they think that they're missing calls. It's also distracting for them. There should be a way to not get notified of incoming calls when you're already on a queue call. Thank you!

  19. It would be useful to be able to set a template that set Caller ID according to the role of the user in our company. For example, if certain roles at a company need to appear as blocked when they are calling out and have a caller id appear as the company number for a different role. This makes it easier
