call log remove
Need to have a type of feature where we can delete some of the leg of a call log. For example set up is call queue, it is showing a lot of details that won't be much necessary while exporting the data. For example if it is tagged as missed, it should only be tagged as missed with the number calling and the number they called not the total result of the routing especially we're just talking about one call only.

Option to add External Number into the Call Queues (Group) as Primary Members
I would like to have the ability for an external number to ring alongside our group members in a call queue, either simultaneously or in sequence. I want the calls directed to the call queue to go to both group members and the external number, treating the external number as if it were one of the group members.

(ex. when the dialed number is the direct number assigned to the call queue, then all calls forwarding to another call queue it displays the group name of the call queue it first gone thru)

Paging Group Call Timeout
s there a way to limit the time a paging group page can stay active? We have users that will make a short page and then not properly hang up the phone. The paging group stays open and others can not page. Is there a way to have the page reset after 1 or even 2 minutes?

Utilize Line keys during Intercom
Whenever they use the intercom feature for their phone, they have to put in the Extension that they want to intercom and to press the pound key.
What they want to happen is to utilize the Line keys, where once they press Intercom, they just need to press the Line key of an Extension in User presence.1 vote -

Allow non super admins to edit presence settings on there phone
I would like Non superadmins (users) to beable to edit the presence of there phone that way users can edit the area where the speed dials (BLFs) appear.
this would let a user se the blf to a certain spot on there phone such as expansion pack

Voicemail Caller ID for Transferred Calls

When calls are transferred to another user, the caller ID displayed on voicemail notifications shows the main line's number instead of the original caller’s number. This leads to confusion when trying to identify the actual caller. iOS
When merging calls on iOS, after connecting the second call keep user on RC screen where merge option exists. This is also Accessibility issue, see comments at bottom.
Today upon connecting first call, user stays in RC App (see 1CallCnnctStaysOnRCScrn.PNG) and can click + to add new caller. User only goes to iOS Lock Screen after inactive screen time and that screen has RC button to return to RC app (see 1CalliOSLockScrn.PNG). The RC button is great reminder that user is not on RC screen.
When adding a second call, upon connecting, user is immediately dropped into iOS native phone…

Presence status on account should not have delay
We are are having issues on the presence status for the users of the account in the RC app, as replicated there is a couple of seconds delay before the status in the app updates in this short time with this we need a real time update on the status of the user for immediate transfers, it would be better if we can eliminate any delay in the presence status

Allow the same user to be in both the primary call queue and the overflow call queue
Allow the same user to be in both the primary call queue and the overflow call queue simultaneously, by simply adjusting their queue status, rather than removing them from the primary queue when they need to serve as the overflow agent.

Provide RingEX Real Time Voice Stream to Omilia for Agent Assist
Using RingEX with Call Queues, it would be of benefit to RingCentral, Omilia, and customers to have Agent Assist. In order to have this a Real Time voice stream is required. I would like to enter this in as an idea as it will provide great benefit to those RingEX customers in the FinServ space and includes insurance.

RingEX License re-allocation
There is no option in the Admin Portal to re-allocate the license once the user already has a License, for example, we have 2 types of License which is RingEX License and RingEX License, but once the user already has a RingEX License, we cannot edit/upgrade the license to RIngEX License without deleting the user and creating a new one.

Instead of using any authenticator app, a 2FA code is to be sent to the email when a user signs into the account.

Automatic Name Entry
I'd like to see a feature where you can create an SMS template and within the template a recipient's first name would be pulled in. This would allow using the feature to send the same message to multiple recipients simultaneously but to incorporate a personal salutation.
