Allow people to fax RingCentral efax numbers from analog fax machines without requiring the "1" country code. Currently you are able to fax between RingCentral accounts without requiring the country code, however if you try to send a fax from an analog fax machine to a RingCentral number the same way the fax fails to send. Adding the "1" country code to that same failed fax allows it to send properly, but not every person who sends faxes is aware of this requirement causing them to fail to send.

Have the ability to retrieve faxes that have not been received in the past weeks
we get faxes every DAY.. missng from 06/05 till today

Have a setting where ONLY Admin can change user's passwords, or password changes have to go through ADMIN

DND on Hot Desk phones should reflect in the call queue status of the person logged in
When users are logged in to the Hot Desk phones and then set it to DND, the status of the user in the call queue does not change. It only changes when the phone is assigned to the user directly. It does not synchronize with the user's status as the hot desk phone is not directly associated with the extension. The RingCentral System should be able to allow the hot desk phones to synchronize with the user's status in the call queue for them to not have to log in to the application or web portal every time they need…

Voicemail call notification
When a voicemail is left, call the user(s) listed with a prercorded message "You have new messages. To listen, press 1." Then prompt the user for the voicemail inbox pin, or at least just letting them know they have a message where they can then open their app to respond to the voicemail.

Allow an admin to add a second site and allow the site name to show up on the app.
If I have to two companies sharing an instance, I would like to have the company setup, two or more sites in the company then allow the site name to show up in the app for each site.

Display User's Direct Number in "Forwarded To" Field on Call Log
It would be greatly beneficial for us to have the option to display the user’s direct number in the "Forwarded To" field of the call log when receiving calls through the RC App.
Currently, when a user—who only uses the RC App—receives a call, the system defaults to showing the main number under "Forwarded To." This can lead to confusion and makes it difficult to identify the intended recipient directly.
We believe having the ability to show the user’s direct number instead would greatly improve clarity and call tracking.
