Set a specific extension for Intercom
Ability to create an extension specifically for Intercom. If the user is using a 4-digit extension, instead of pressing intercom and dialing the 4-digit extension, they should be able to dial at least the last 2 digit of the user's extension for intercom or create an extension specifically for Intercom purposes.

pass the original did on call transfer
I need ring central to pass the original caller id when transferring currently it passes the caller id from the agent that picked up the call meaning I can't track the calls outside of ring central.

Call Back Feature for internal calls
Dino is on the phone and I ask for a call back when he is off.When his line is free, my phone then rings and once I pick it up, his phone then starts to ring.Saves me having to keep looking at my desk phone to see when he is off his call. It was a great built in Mitel feature.

Our security if very high and we found that this was turned on by an admin however, it is not being logged anywhere in the system. We would like to track these types of changes.

Status sync with MAX agent and RC app
When someone changes the status in MAX agent they want their status in the RC app as well best example would be, if they are in a meeting and they switch their status in MAX agent RC app will change the status to DND so that they will not receive any calls in the RC app.

Admin able to review all messages.
Please add the ability for Admin users to be able to review all messages (voicemails, texts, etc.) for all extensions on a RingCentral account.I run a CPA firm, and sometimes we have to verify information that is sent or communicated from clients. However, it is sometimes difficult to do that as a supervisor as only the subject extension can review specific messages.

There is add number or coworker in the user list when you edit a single user settings, but when you create a user template, you can't add number or coworker which cause a lot work when we create new users.

For Fax cover sheet
For Fax cover sheet allow you to input to whom the fax is being sent to without entering their name and Fax# into contacts. Why would we want to enter into contacts a persons name at a mortgage company with a Fax# when we probably will never send another Fax to them.
